The ARA-290 Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)
The Hunter Williams Podcast
September 22, 2026
Most peptides get knocked for having no human trials. ARA-290 is one of the few that does. Randomized, placebo-controlled studies show it regrowing small nerve fibers. In this masterclass I walk through where it came from. It was built out of EPO, the kidney hormone made famous by blood doping.

Hey, everybody. This is Hunter Williams. I hope you're doing amazing wherever you might be in the world. I'm really excited today we have the ARA-290 Masterclass. I will say this is definitely not the sexiest peptide. It's actually much more of a niche peptide for people that have certain issues. However, I think it's one that whether or not you struggle with the issues we're going to talk about today, mainly diabetic neuropathy, but other issues potentially too.
It's also one that I think it's good to know about because if you were to ever have someone that you're helping or yourself experienced some nerve pain, this can be, I don't want to classify it as a life-saving peptide. I will definitely say it can be a godsend though, because it's such a powerful peptide for people that struggle with this very specific problem. So if you're looking for an update on fat loss peptides, this is definitely not the one. It's not the sexiest. It's not going to be the coolest peptide. But I think for the use case, again, it can be a godsend because some of these people that have these issues, it's very tough to deal with. And this was something before I got into this world, I wasn't aware of how big of a problem this is, because it's not something you hear about people talk about every day, like, hey, I know so-and-so has diabetic neuropathy. But actually, when you dig into it, it's a very large problem and something that I don't know the number off the top of my head, but something that millions and millions of people just in the United States alone deal with. And for that reason, I love ARA-290. It's really cool. It's doing a lot of very unique things in the body. Got a little bit of an interesting backstory. And the cool thing about it is when we go into today, we do have some really good human data on it. And so it kind of informs the dosing and cycling and everything that a lot of these other peptides, we're just doing our best to kind of feel out the elephant of what the best way to use it is. Whereas ARA-290, we do have solid human data. It's not FDA approved, not approved as a drug or anything like that. But we do have some solid human data that we can use to inform our research that we may be doing on our own. So very excited for this one. As always, before I get in, make sure you're on the e-mail list. Censorship is definitely on the rise out there. So just make sure if you want to stay in touch with me, that's the best place to do it. If you want more access to me, the best place is inside my private group, the Accion Collective. Also too, if you want to be able to ask questions around my content, the best place to do that is my AI Chat app. Right now, that is completely 100 percent free. You can check that out. Those will all be in the links down in the description below. So you can click one link and it'll take you to all those different links that you want there. So without further ado, I'm going to share my screen and today, we're going to talk about ARA-290. All right, let's get into it. Today is going to be the ARA-290 Masterclass. This one is really, really unique in what it does, and it's actually pretty profound when you look at some of the mechanisms and the actual data that we have of what it's doing in the body. So let's get into it as an intro. ARA-290 is actually one of a handful of peptides that we have that actually has randomized placebo-controlled human trial data showing it actually physically regrows nerve fibers, which is pretty cool because for some of the other peptides, we know a lot of what they're doing and we don't have a lot of the human clinical data to actually verify it. Whereas with ARA-290, we do. And so for all the people out there that are peptide aficionados, I know you get excited about this like I do too, because it's one of those things that we can rebut. A lot of the people that say, well, there's no human trials on peptides. Actually, this one specifically, we have a lot of human trials and also randomized controlled trials that are showing it physically regrowth nerve fibers, again, from a mechanism perspective is pretty cool.
