Alrighty, folks, apparently some folks believe that I am mistreating, or at least misquoting, Miss Melody Wrong. So I thought we should dig into some of your comments and see what people have to say.

Mark (1:15)

All right, so this one, it's kind of a long one. It's kind of multiple pushbacks, though. So this one is from your Daily Financial News, the Housing Crash Report, what you need to know.

So it actually starts off with one individual saying, who said 38% national drop in one year for 2026 seems like a very outlier take? And then someone else also follows up saying, Zuber also thinks wages have increased faster than inflation, which is flat out wrong. They have kept up and are slightly behind. He does preach to be the anti-doomed though. So what do you expect? And just follow up on that is the other person did follow up and said, they did a quick Google search in AI mode, and that's totally not what Melody Wrong said. This guy is smart.

Michael Zuber (2:00)

So we have to break this. Instead of going through the whole thing, let's go piece by piece. So what was the first pushback? Sorry.

Mark (2:09)

We'll go with, Zuber thinks wages have increased faster than inflation, which is flat out wrong.

Michael Zuber (2:15)

So I've never said that. What I have said is wages have increased faster than home prices. Home prices are not inflation.

Wages increasing faster than home prices is how we get back to affordability. It's how we get back to affordability in a total of 8 to 10 years. So you heard it wrong. I never said wages are going faster than inflation. I said wages are growing faster than home prices. So if you're going to do a Google search and AI mode, at least search the right thing, you idiot.

Mark (2:49)

Well, so the person that did the Google search, they were actually checking on the 38% housing drop that you supposedly said Melody Wright said. So this person said they did the search, said that's totally not what she said. Zoobers smart, but seems to be misquoting and just trying to clown someone out of context, Lane.

Michael Zuber (3:09)

So Melody Wright absolutely did say 38% housing crash. I have the article. I actually have a video that I share on X all the time, with Adam Taggart, where she actually goes out and says a 50% housing crash. So just because I have video evidence, and somebody has changed their opinion because they don't like having their feet held at the fire, that's not my problem.

The fact is, I have video evidence of her calling it, and I share it every month on X. If you want to see it, it'll be on X. Just look at my feed. Now, just because this call was atrocious and wrong, and now they've changed it because they look like an idiot and a moron, is not my problem. I have the video, I share it all the time. She said that, and it was wrong, and I have no problem calling her out on it, because she is so wrong. She's been wrong for years. Negative 5, negative 9, negative 50 Not negative 50, negative 38

Guys, she made the call, I have the video, so you're wrong, I'm right.

Mark (4:13)

One of your guests, Tom McKay of Flip Anything USA, commented on your video, your daily financial news, Trump Goes Nuclear.

So he says, he says, come on, Michael, that's classic tedious Trump-Durrain syndrome, calling someone an idiot who captured Maduro, crippled Iran nuclear program, secured 65 billion barrels of oil, brought trillions in tech investment, nearly closed the southern border overnight, deported thousands of gang criminals, and eliminated taxes on tips is completely out of touch. The result speaks for themselves. I get that you don't like his tactics, but you might be open-minded enough to agree to disagree. Having met Trump as a platinum donor, I can tell you firsthand that when you talk to him, he listens to every single word. I'd go an evil genius long before calling him an idiot.
