For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters.
Tramfya offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start.
Tramfya is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tramfya, proper training is required. Tramfya is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Tell your doctor if you have an infection, flu-like symptoms or need a vaccine. Explore what's possible. Ask your doctor about Tramfya today. If you ever wanted to get a different perspective about choking and overcoming pressure, we have two-time Super Bowl champion Kyle Van Noy, who's going to talk about all things sports and pressure, including Super Bowl 51, where they defeated the Falcons because the Falcons choked, and the high stakes and the attitude. In fact, he gets us pretty inspired about the World Cup and representing our country.
Stay tuned for that. And we're also going to get some funny questions about hygiene habits. So stay tuned for that. This episode of The Dave Chang Show is presented by Vrbo Vacation Rentals. People are unpredictable, especially when you travel with them.

**Kyle Van Noy** (2:21)
Yeah.

**David Chang** (2:24)
You got some spoon bread.

**Kyle Van Noy** (2:26)
No, it's not a spoon bread, it's finger bread.

**David Chang** (2:32)
And again, we're making that because it's probably one of the few dishes that is easy to make that our ancestors from 250 years ago were probably eating.
So it's also not something you're eating all the time. Okay, you're always watching what you eat.

**Kyle Van Noy** (2:51)
Yep, not today.
Not today, especially seeing you. I mean, this bite is electric already. I mean, the fact that you've made it where it's crispy, you get that crunch on the outside and then so flavorful with the butter and just the softness is what you want on that cornbread arms. So shout out to you.

**David Chang** (3:14)
God damn it.

**Chris Ying** (3:14)
Tall Hollywood, get out of the way, man.

**Kyle Van Noy** (3:17)
Crush.

**David Chang** (3:19)
Very kind of you, Kyle.
We were again, talking about the pros and cons of 250 years ago. One of the things that we found a little bit funny and also interesting to talk about was hygiene. No running water, no air conditioning, people. And having played sports, not professionally as you, how important is your hygiene?

**Kyle Van Noy** (3:47)
This is a great question and topic. This is a topic that's heavily talked in the locker room. So really, let's bring this into locker room. There's a lot of people that I have had teammates say, I won't name them, but they say after they're done working out or be on pads two a days, that some of them won't wash below their knees.
What? Yeah. Because they don't want to bend over. And I'm like, that shit's lazy. They hurt too much. I don't know if it's hurt too much, I don't know what it is, but I feel like that's lazy. Where I know, he knows, when he sees this, he'll know that he has specifically told me I'm not taking the time to put soap on my rag or my hands to bend over past my knees and wash my ankles, my calves, my toes. I'm like, yo, so you just have gangrene in between your toes and you just don't know.

**Chris Ying** (4:53)
Can he get away with it or can you smell it?

**Kyle Van Noy** (4:55)
He can get away with it. He's that guy where when you look at him, you're like, you know what? He probably does that and he can get away with it.

**David Chang** (5:04)
Do locker rooms that you play in professionally smell like high school locker rooms or it's always terrible?
