But it is, Joe, if you haven't guessed it by the title, that is actually down below or nicknames, the much anticipated Spider-Man reboot, the third iteration of Spider-Man, the first time Spider-Man has been in the MCU. It's finally here. We're going to review it. If you've not been with us for a review, we do our overall thoughts or review first, and then we'll let you know 100% when we get into spoilers. So if you want, if you haven't seen it, you can come back and listen to the rest. If not, you can just stay the whole way through. So Mr. Briggs, I'll start with you, because you're a cross, and I like to go in a circle. So what did you think about this fine film, this fine summer's film on a July 6th?

I thought it was good. It didn't...
I've actually given a whole lot of thought to it. Overall analysis. But I thought it was really good. It wasn't as good as my expectations. I thought I went in there with very solid expectations and it let me down a little bit. But overall...

So you would say it wasn't solid then? If your expectations were solid, it was...

Like very solid expectations.

**Travis** (1:58)
Oh, okay, I see.

**Jessica** (1:59)
Different levels of solid. Incredibly solid expectations. Like...

It was rather mischievous.

Wonder Woman or better level expectations.

Oh, okay, okay.

And I don't think it met up with them for me. There was a couple character decisions that I didn't really like.
Overall, though, Vulture is a phenomenal villain, I thought, for probably the vast majority of the film. Peter Parker, great guy.

Yeah, I know. I really like the... I think they focused on a lot of high school stuff, and I thought that was really good. And the way they played that a lot was awesome. And I wouldn't say it gave me nostalgic feelings, but it felt good watching that. And it's just a really... a very feel-good movie. I just felt good about a lot of things.
That's a good place.

Kind of when you sit on that nostalgic feeling, you know, I definitely had that. I'm like, oh, this brings back some feels here.

Uh, you know, I didn't really have any expectation. I went in there not knowing what to really see come out as. I knew it was going to be Spider-Man Homecoming.

Unexpected. I didn't know what to expect. I knew it.

**Taylor** (3:44)
Like, I don't mean to expect, like, what I'm going to see on the screen. I expect, like, how I'm going to feel after seeing the whole experience of how Marvel's going to handle Spider-Man. That is deep. It is deep, yeah.
