Now, to be clear, as we start this commentary video, I fundamentally don't have anything wrong with this. Musk trying to sue people who try to create child pornography on X, generally, I think, is a good thing.
But Eli the Computer Guy does have some questions. One of the problems we have in the modern world is that Elon Musk is considered a visionary for all of the tech CEOs out there. So once he decides to start doing something, basically every other tech CEO is going to go out there and try to start doing the exact same thing. And if you combine that with the fact that none of these tech broilagarks want to take responsibility for anything at all, remember, it is never their fault. It is always their profits, but it is never their fault, regardless of what happens. As one of the things that I think is going to be interesting to see how this plays out is as SpaceX sues people who try to create child pornography using their systems, how will this bleed out onto the media platforms like Facebook or YouTube or those types of things? So basically, at what point in time do the Brolagarts, who never take responsibility for any of the evil that they actually do while they are trying to get as much blood money as possible, what happens when they say, it's not our fault, it's their, their faults? So basically, they just, they just blame their user base for all of the disaster that they are creating. I wonder, I wonder how that is going to go. So think about this with things like free speech laws in the United States and fair use things, right? So right now, basically, you upload content onto YouTube, and YouTube may demonetize the content, YouTube may take down your channel, the whole nine yards. Basically, you get punished within a terms of service realm. Well, here's the thing, what if you are, what if you are Jeremy Johns? Jeremy Johns, right? And Jeremy Johns decides he is going to put a little bit of a trailer into his next movie review. But what, but what if, what if, instead of taking five seconds of a trailer to put into his review, he puts in seven seconds of a trailer into his review, right? And it goes up in the system and things get flagged. And in the old days, right? His video would be de-monetized. Maybe he would get punished by the system. Worst case scenario, they might take away his channel, which is a bad thing, but that's, that's about as far as they would go. What, what hap, what happens when you upload something to YouTube, you think it's fair use. You literally think it's fair use. It falls outside. Cause remember, remember when we talk about things like fair use, fair use is basically only decided in front of a court. Basically, that's the thing. Like if you go to the copyright office and they talk about fair use, they really say, I mean, basically, here are all the guidelines for fair use. But at the end of the day, somebody can take you to court, and it's only really ever decided during a judicial proceeding. So what happens, what happens then if YouTube decides, you know what, we don't want responsibility for any of this. So we are going to sue Jeremy Johns for violating the copyright protections of a movie trailer or whatever else. And I know, I know, right now, right now, you think that's a joke. But hey, you also thought Grok being Enterprise Class CSAM was a joke. But remember, as we talked about before, you've been, when you've been in the industry for 30 years, it's amazing how the subconscious percolates things up to the frontal lobe of the brain and it comes out. So anyways, again, to be clear, to be clear, sue the ever-loving hell out of anybody trying to create or distribute kiddie porn. But do remember, do remember, this is Elon Musk doing it. And when Elon Musk does something, everybody in the tech world follows. Musk's AI company sues its users as victim lawsuits over Grok Deepfake's mount. As alleged victims sue the company over AI-generated child sexual abuse material, XAI takes the legal fight to its own users. Elon Musk's XAI has adopted an unusual and aggressive strategy to fend off lawsuits over child sexual abuse material allegedly created by its AI chatbot Grok. I do love how all of this is still like, allegedly created by. Look, again, you are not convicted of a crime until you go in front of a judge. So we can say that, whether or not Elon Musk has committed a felony and should spend the next decade in jail really understanding the dynamics of a man's anus, that is a question.
