Lore, Lore, Lore, the price of SpaceX is just going up and up and up. Now up to $173 a share, basically $174 a share. They now have a market cap of $2.19 trillion, and Morgan Stanley says it is going to go higher. Coming from Yahoo Finance, SpaceX jumps to highest close since June on bullish Morgan Stanley call. Morgan Stanley's Adam Jonas wrote that investors only have a few weeks to catch the SpaceX buying opportunity. It is not simply that SpaceX is a decent investment right now. SpaceX is cheap right now. So, you gotta get in before the stock explodes. Explodes. It will explode. What that actually means, I guess, who the hell knows? So, do you kind of think this is interesting and kind of like the modern world of investing? How, frankly, none of this makes sense, right? You have SpaceX. Again, I'm not actually anti the SpaceX launch business. I think that's a great thing. It simply does not have very much revenue. If you look at 2025, SpaceX is something like 90 percent of the Americans space launch capacity. And they only had a revenue of something like five or six trillion dollars or a billion, I'm sorry, billion dollars. Really, if you look at GameStop, GameStop, and I showed you this folks to you folks before, where GameStop had like 3.5 billion dollars in revenue. And if you looked at SpaceX from just their space launch capacity, it wasn't that much higher than GameStop itself. Most of the revenue from SpaceX in 2025 actually came in from Starlink. Starlink came in, they made like 11 billion dollars or something like that, which is fine. Again, also great. I'm not snarking against Starlink, but you know, basically they're walking out with like sub 20 billion dollars in revenue, and they now have a company that is valued at 2.19 trillion dollars. There's a lot of question marks around that, right? So the idea with SpaceX is that it's not a space company, it's not an ISP, it's an AI company. An AI is where all the real value is. And so that's why the stock should go up and up and up. And, yeah, I don't know.

It's still stupid. It's still... Look, as I've said before, I don't care if Bitcoin is worth 70,000 or 110,000 dollars per coin. Per coin is not a coin because it's not actually physical. It's still completely and utterly stupid. And that is where I do feel with SpaceX. But here's the thing, sometimes the world, sometimes the world is just completely and utterly stupid. SpaceX shares got a big boost after one of street's biggest bulls said, it's time to buy. In a note titled, SpaceX 159, keep and getting cheaper, Morgan Stanley's Adam Jonas reiterated his outperform rating and $300 price target, claiming investors only have a few weeks to catch an opportunity to buy the stock ahead of some big milestones. So if it's $175 or $74 per share right now, and that's at $2.2 trillion, then basically at a $300 price point, that would get them to like almost, I think it's almost $4 trillion. You'd be well over $3 trillion. That would get them to almost $4 trillion in valuation.

Because, I don't know. Because SpaceX stock closed up at over 7% on Monday, its highest close since June, with the gains carrying over into Tuesday. Quote, we think that over the next few weeks, ahead of the Starship Flight 15, investors can take advantage of a unique opportunity to buy shares that look unusually cheap. So they're arguing that they're cheap right now. SpaceX just conducted a successful test during Flight 14, in which Starship reached low Earth orbit for the first time and deployed Starlink satellites. The long time Morgan Stanley Analyst also expects developments over the next few months will help investors better appreciate the role SpaceX plays in AI efforts and chip making, quote, potentially unlocking earnings growth and multiple expansion for the stock. Quote, only a select handful of people in the world understand the engineering challenges with Starship's heat shield or the inner workings of a full flow stage combustion rocket engine to properly judge the testing path. Fewer still can say where the compute pricing is heading as agentic token demand grows. He said, value in SpaceX solely from an AI compute perspective or from a telco perspective with regard to Starlink without accounting for the complicated business of launch would make the stock look relatively expensive. He explained, it seems Jonas is going with a sum of the parts analysis with investors fully valuing the space and connectivity units, but not the AI opportunity, which includes compute deals, chip making and other artificial intelligence efforts. So that's where all the money is going to be, with the orbital AI data centers. So the orbital data centers he wants to put up there, again, three racks.
