Excellent. Hey, thank you so much for allowing us to do that video shoot yesterday over at TRAK. That was fun.

So the horse that I was on, Earl, was that the same horse that that gentleman rode over the weekend?

**Scott Tilley** (0:38)
Yes.
That was his end-of-life ride that K-O-L-D came and checked out. But yeah, that's Earl. He is probably one of our best, you know, just therapeutic horses. Gentle and understanding. Very easy to operate, as you know. Yeah. But yeah, he's been with us for close to 10 years now.

Yeah.

You know, it's like, what, 10 minutes, five minutes ago? Yeah.

Pleasure to meet this gentleman. I've always had a lot of respect for what these guys do over there. I haven't had a chance to visit, but I got to come visit the new one at Brandy Fenton Park.

**Scott Tilley** (1:24)
Yeah. Thank you. Yeah.

**Jim Bednarek** (1:26)
Absolutely. Absolutely. I would love to go over there and see that and get on a horse as well. Right.

**Scott Tilley** (1:30)
I like it.

**Jim Bednarek** (1:31)
Been a long time since I've been on a horse.

**Scott Tilley** (1:33)
Yeah.

**Jim Bednarek** (1:33)
Long time.

**Scott Tilley** (1:34)
Yeah.

Well, like Chris said, it's good for the soul. You go over there and it's just, it's good. It's good just to spend time with the animals and just the whole-

**Scott Tilley** (1:46)
Like sometimes, I mean, riding is great. Don't get me wrong. But sometimes just hanging out.
Yeah. Pongo, your friend, the little goat, come over and he just kind of noticed yesterday. He did. So they all have their personalities. It seems like if you don't click with one of the horses, you'll find another animal there that you're going to make a connection with.

**Ron Arenas** (2:10)
Right.

**Scott Tilley** (2:11)
Yeah. We got a bunch of really, really good animals. I'm very pleased.

**Ron Arenas** (2:15)
You do. So Jim, tell us a little bit about yourself.

**Jim Bednarek** (2:17)
Myself? Born and raised here in Tucson, Arizona. Went to high school here, graduated, worked in radio now for, let me see, what are we on? Year 49
I want to make it one more.

**Scott Tilley** (2:28)
One more.

**Jim Bednarek** (2:29)
To June of next year will be 50 Fifty years in radio, off and on throughout the years.

**Scott Tilley** (2:34)
So yeah.

**Jim Bednarek** (2:35)
Worked pretty much all the formats.

**Ron Arenas** (2:39)
I would say that radio has changed a little bit in 50 years.

**Scott Tilley** (2:41)
It's changed a lot in 50 years.

**Jim Bednarek** (2:43)
It's changed quite a bit in 50 years. They used to say that video killed the radio star. That never happened.
It seems to me we're corporates killing the radio star now, automation and AI now coming into the picture.

**Ron Arenas** (2:54)
That's true. It really has changed.

**Jim Bednarek** (2:56)
It has changed a lot. Some for the good, some for the better. I mean, some for the worse. So it just depends on your point of view and where you're at in your career and what you want to do. A lot of the personal element is missing in some stations. Not all, but-

**Ron Arenas** (3:12)
That local disc jockey. Yeah, a lot of places, it's gone or it's very reduced.

**Jim Bednarek** (3:19)
Because some groups claim we're human, but everything is coming from out of town. Yeah. Everything is fed from out of town. So we do have that instance here with some stations in Tucson. Some are still live, some are still local, and doing their best to stay live and local. So hats off to them.
