And I think now it gives us the opportunity to consider just ending this. You need to give real estate your all. I've been having a ton of technical difficulties. I don't like to do Zoom.

Well, not only will we not end it, we will be purchasing three video cameras and putting this podcast on video.

Well, who's doing all the tech stuff? Because as you could see from today, by forcing me to do Zoom, we can't do it. So if any producers out there, young producers want to run this tech thing for us, please do so. Because as you're hearing right now, this sucks.

Yeah, I have a Google Doc of places that will be opening in the future places I haven't visited that I might want to go to. So yes, I have a list.

All right. So one of these restaurants that have been on my list of must eats for a long time, maybe the longest time on this list is Sora Craft Kitchen in downtown Los Angeles. And I do not think Max has been there yet either. Is it either or neither?

Either. And that's right. You have not been there?

I have not been there for two specific reasons.

Okay. Well, let's see if I can get to those. Yeah, please.

But because first, because we've been discussing it in the past, the drive to Sora Craft Kitchen has solidified that there is zero saving of downtown Los Angeles.

Reason number one.

At least certain parts. And the car navigation, it took me right through some of those parts, which it should not do. These navigation systems need to take drivers around skid rows of all major cities.
