Tonight's show is really Eric grilling me on what I've been doing here at Race Week. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm going to tell a bunch of stories and all that kind of stuff. So it's kind of that. But we've also got Weekend Warrior Race and Relax.

I'm tired, too many margaritas last night. And what else are we covering here? Or something else?

All right, guys, like I said, welcome to Episode 169 of the Drag Driver Repeat Show presented by Summer Racing. I'm Mike Narks. I'm the host of the episode tonight. And the news that will be on Saturday is going to be crazy because I'm going to have time to sit down and actually think about what all I've done in the last two days here at Race Week. And my co-host, you're over here this time. What's going up, dude?

I am Eric White, co-host of the show and news. And man, it was interesting getting through some notes today. Typically, you take care of a lot of that for me, but it was interesting. So I spent a little bit of time doing that, but that was kind of fun.

Mike Narks (2:59)

Yeah, I say the the note side of it is probably the most enjoyable part, to be honest, like this because you're out trying to gather, you're getting stories, you're asking people stuff, all of that. So, guys, you know how this works.

Being here on site, our race car friends, man, it's been incredible to see everybody. The Rocky Mountain Race Week family here is one of our favorites. It's the first event we did. It's truly a part of my life here, especially Race Week. So, appreciate everybody that's come up and said, hey, I appreciate everybody that's given me time for the camera or just a conversation. So it's been really fun. Chad Reynolds is right outside this window right here, making fun of me. So, big shout out to him. Big race car friend there and just appreciate them. Appreciate all the sponsors. Without these sponsors, I wouldn't be able to attend these events. Eric wouldn't be able to go get all the cool stuff and do all the photos and videos and things that he gets to do too. I was talking to Tommy earlier today through text, and had a racer ask, hey man, do you guys have any discount codes? And I realized that the codes that we had went out the end of August. So I want to first apologize to everybody for not having discount codes with Summit. But the good news is we're getting them. So they are coming. Tommy has requested those. Once we get those, I will be assigning numbers to racers that are signed up for the short circuit and the Route 66 Roundup. And we'll be sending those out so you guys can use those codes for any last minute, products you need or anything like that from Summit.

And while you're there, we've got shirts, we've got hoodies. We are working on a new design. So I think once you get back from Race Week, we probably need to nail down our design. I've been playing around with a couple ideas. So I think we're on the right track. And new hats, hats are coming end of the year. They'll be the new Richardson hats. So they're going to be awesome as well.
