Yes. And there's no rain happening as of right now. And it rained yesterday. We needed it, though. It was way overdue.

We needed a nice rain, but it's not warm enough now. Never mind. I'm not complaining.

You can make one change to your home, apartment or property. What would it be? Text us with your answers. Number one, I would have more mature trees in our yard.

Yes.

Like just instantly. That's right.

**Kathy Talbot** (2:04)
You don't like to wait for anything.

**Dan Gemus** (2:06)
I know. I know. And I would have like just nicer grass. We're on a couple acres. It's really hard to manage the grass in this household and this yard. So I would have like instant beautiful grass.
Those are my two changes that I would make in our property.

**Kathy Talbot** (2:22)
Even though you have a magic wand, I don't know if that's going to happen.

**Dan Gemus** (2:25)
No, I don't think so.
You know, now that our, because we built a few years ago, right? So it's a new yard with all kinds of, you know, we had to put the driveway in and landscaping and the pool went in. And so as time went on, it just every year we had a new project, right? And lastly, we finally finished the project with the driveway.
But that made a muck of the yard. So we had to reseed a section which never turned out nice. So it was just, it's a pain.

Your bees don't mind.

My bees don't care. No, they don't.

They don't care.

I know.

Well, my wish for my backyard can't be fixed with your wand either.

No.

What?

Well, you know, I have a huge basswood tree.

Yes.

That I absolutely love because it's a huge tree. I love big old trees.
It is the messiest tree in Amherstburg.

Well, listen.

So, I want to just replace it with a same size tree, but like maybe a maple or a maple that doesn't have keys. Just a really nice shade tree that doesn't give me a mess.

**Dan Gemus** (3:22)
Kath, my magic wand is very powerful.

Oh, all right.
