I am pretty good, pretty good, man. There's been a lot of talk. There's always a lot of conversation around officiating in the SEC.
I've listened to you talk a little bit this week or today, but specifically about things in terms of that. I wanted to go into, I think, a question that came up. And maybe someone's already asked you this. I just want to get it for our audience here around the transparency in the league around officiating and just kind of what your thoughts are on where the SEC officials sit right now and maybe ways that they can grow in that area.

**John McDaid** (3:55)
There's two different transparencies to us in our officiating office. The first is the transparencies we have to the school. The school has the ability to talk about their game with me post-game in the form of sending plays to me where I will evaluate what we did on the field. Maybe it's a flag that we threw that they didn't agree with. Maybe it's we did not call foul and they think there's a foul there. I'll record a voiceover back to them, give them a response to each one of the plays.
The clear majority of the voiceovers I send back to teams have me admitting we missed this foul, we threw this foul and it's incorrect, right? They're not allowed to share that information publicly. It's there for the use of their school or for their most specifically their football program. The second level of transparency is what do we make available as public information? Our policy has been before I even was in this position and I fully agree with it is we don't comment on judgment calls. If something elevates to the level of where it's a rule it misapplication or it's something procedural that we've made a big error, we'll put a statement out. That happened in one of the Auburn games last year against Oklahoma with the touchdown play that happened in the first half, the receiver that was on the sideline.
