What was that?

**Rafe** (1:04)
What?

**Rizzuto** (1:05)
I have a buzz in my, uh...

**Rafe** (1:06)
Yeah, I heard a little pop. It's in my...

**Moon Valjean** (1:08)
Oh, that's the podcast beam.

**Rizzuto** (1:09)
Oh!

**Rafe** (1:11)
What's the mean business?

**Rizzuto** (1:11)
Scott, get up on the roof with the tin foil again.

**Rafe** (1:13)
All right.

**Rizzuto** (1:14)
I gotta fix this.

**Rafe** (1:15)
I turned my audio recorder on. I'm recording this whole thing, in case you guys say something.

**Moon Valjean** (1:20)
We already do that.

**Rizzuto** (1:21)
We do?

**Moon Valjean** (1:22)
Yeah, it's a podcast.

**Rizzuto** (1:23)
God, it was so funny yesterday. Kids coming back from the first day of school. One kid had like the thousand-yard stare.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:29)
Yeah.

**Rizzuto** (1:31)
Like she'd just come back from World War I.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:34)
Yeah. A shell shocked.

**Moon Valjean** (1:36)
Poor Dean.

**Rizzuto** (1:37)
And the other kid was like, ah, it's fine.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:38)
Yeah.
We had a couple that were stoked to go, and a couple that were like, eh, whatever. But all of them came back and took a nap.

**Moon Valjean** (1:47)
Oh, all of them, huh?

**SPEAKER_2** (1:48)
Every single... The house was quiet a half hour after school was out. Rough first day. Everyone was sleeping.

**Rizzuto** (1:55)
No, you know, my daughter is a sophomore. She's got a full load of classes. My son's like, I got weight lifting and cooking class, and I don't have to be there till 9.30.

**SPEAKER_6** (2:05)
Oh my goodness.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:09)
Those two classes on the same day, that's kind of perfect. Make myself some eggs and a protein shake and go lift.

**Rizzuto** (2:15)
Yeah, and go lift it off. Okay.

**Moon Valjean** (2:17)
Nice.

**Rizzuto** (2:19)
Yeah, I never was that smart to kind of set myself up for an easy senior year.

**Moon Valjean** (2:23)
I did that in college, but not in high school.

**Rizzuto** (2:26)
I didn't make it far enough in college.

**Scott** (2:28)
Okay.

**Moon Valjean** (2:30)
I had like 10 credit hours senior year, and one of them was like a movie class.

**Scott** (2:35)
Yeah.

**Moon Valjean** (2:35)
It was excellent.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:37)
I had a pretty breezy one, which was good because I was raising kids.

**Rizzuto** (2:41)
Yeah, my wife had, she says her senior year was bowling and walking. Wow. Walking.

**Moon Valjean** (2:48)
Nice.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:49)
I had a gym class until I got in a fight, and then I had office running duty, which was great because it gave me all three lunches. Then I had a freshman art class, some other freshman class. I had no math class because the only one to take was calculus, and I wasn't doing that.

**Scott** (3:03)
What?

**Moon Valjean** (3:04)
Not these brains.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:05)
Uh-uh.

**Scott** (3:06)
It was great.

**Rizzuto** (3:07)
Nah, not me.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:07)
It was easy.

**Rizzuto** (3:10)
Had to pass everything to graduate. It was fine.

**Moon Valjean** (3:12)
I think college algebra is where I stopped with math.
I go, I'm not going to need this. You fools.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:18)
You use it every day.

**Scott** (3:20)
Yeah. Right. I saw college algebra in the middle of that, and it gave me an F. So better to complete it.

**SPEAKER_2** (3:26)
You had to take it for a comm degree?

**Moon Valjean** (3:27)
No. No, I'm saying for my gen eds, like whenever I was at SWCC, had a math class, and I don't think it was very good. I feel like it was as basic bitch as you could get, which is great.

**Rizzuto** (3:40)
Summer time's over. Summer time's over. Even though it's going to be summer-like weather for the next couple weeks, back to the 90s.
