We did what Dave and Chatham suggested, and our team built something so much more special than had we not listened to their sage advice. Dave's advice was hard to follow as a builder in a hurry, but I'm convinced that his approach is what makes for great software products. We at OSAM also then became a design partner of Ridgeline's, and we had an incredible experience before our firm was ultimately acquired.
