We welcome back our dear friend Sandra Bullock. We do it up with deep thoughts about: The Chickens, giving care, canine ophthalmology, and of course: how to monetize milk-fat content. “Wow, look at all the shit that happened,” on a fresh new yep-isode of SmartLess.
Speakers: Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Sandra Bullock, Sean P. Hayes

Topics: Comedy, Education

Okay, so the secret to a peanut butter sandwich, I don't do the jelly, don't even start. I get the knife and I stir up the peanut butter, and then on the bread, you have to wipe it all the way to the edge, and you put the other piece of bread on, you slice it right down the middle, don't do corners, don't do fours, and then you wash it down with a nice cold glass of SmartLess. Welcome to SmartLess.
Jason, I just got off the phone with Amanda. I can't believe you were in the airport for 18 hours. Is that right?

**Will Arnett** (0:56)
Yeah, it wasn't fantastic.

**Sandra Bullock** (0:58)
That's unbelievable.

**Sean P. Hayes** (1:00)
Before you start, I can't believe you got off the phone with Amanda. Okay, go ahead, Jason.

**Will Arnett** (1:04)
No, that was 19 hours. The plane flight to Iceland was just 18

**Sean P. Hayes** (1:10)
Oh, wait, wait, Jason, what happened?

**Jason Bateman** (1:11)
Because it was delayed, is that right?

**Will Arnett** (1:13)
Just a delay, yeah. A bunch of weather in New York, and that meant we couldn't take off from LA, and then there was a layover once we got to New York, and these are all, no one's complaining. You know, we're out here. We're living our dream here in Iceland.

**Jason Bateman** (1:26)
And Iceland, I can't believe you're there. What time is it?

**Will Arnett** (1:30)
Right now, it is 4.3 in the afternoon.

**Jason Bateman** (1:33)
Are you exhausted?

**Will Arnett** (1:35)
Yes, yes. But you know, I've got just a beak full of schnitz.

**Sandra Bullock** (1:41)
I'm ready to go.

**Will Arnett** (1:43)
Yeah, I got piped into some great Icelandic stuff.

**Sean P. Hayes** (1:47)
You've been doing so great all these years.

**Will Arnett** (1:50)
Everything's white here, so I was just like, give me a bag of that.

**Jason Bateman** (1:54)
You can't tell what's what.

**Will Arnett** (1:57)
Yeah, no, I'm up for it. I'm into it.

**Jason Bateman** (2:00)
Well, I'm glad you made it.

**Will Arnett** (2:02)
Yeah, how are you guys today?

**Jason Bateman** (2:04)
Good.

**Will Arnett** (2:05)
Will has not run out of gum. This is great news.

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:08)
I'm trying to keep it quiet.

**Will Arnett** (2:11)
You know, they've got lozenges and I think some cream. They've got nicotine cream.

**Jason Bateman** (2:15)
Is that nicotine gum for real?

**Will Arnett** (2:17)
Of course it is.

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:17)
No, I've got the pouch in and then I use gum because I need to kind of cut it with the gum.

**Will Arnett** (2:22)
Wait a second, so you have a pouch in your mouth and gum.

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:27)
Regular gum.

**Will Arnett** (2:27)
A regular gum.

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:29)
That kind of cuts it for me.

**Will Arnett** (2:30)
What do you mean cuts it, like makes it less powerful?

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:33)
Yeah, and just like helps with the taste of it because you get a little bit of some of that thing that I don't really enjoy.

**Jason Bateman** (2:40)
I'll do a glass of water and a glass of apple juice and I cut the juice with the water.

**Will Arnett** (2:45)
Because sometimes the apple juice is too strong for you, son.

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:48)
It is, it is. But do you find that if you drink both that your pull ups get full early? Like do you have to like, you know?

**Jason Bateman** (2:57)
My adult pull ups?

**Sean P. Hayes** (2:58)
Yeah.

**Will Arnett** (2:59)
Oh my God, Sean. I just love him so much.
He's a teddy bear with a heart. He drinks full, whole milk, right? It's always full.

**Jason Bateman** (3:11)
No, no, it's usually skim milk. I'll drink whole milk, but it's usually skim.

**Will Arnett** (3:15)
What's the difference between skim milk and 2%?

**Jason Bateman** (3:18)
Well, the skim tastes a little bit, the whole milk smells a little funny. It's in a taste a little too thick for me. Sure. But I like a milkshake.

**Sean P. Hayes** (3:28)
With whole milk, sure.

**Jason Bateman** (3:29)
Yeah, no, I know that.

**Will Arnett** (3:30)
But what about, but 2% versus skim, do we know, is it just a different name for the same thing?

**Jason Bateman** (3:36)
Well, it's less fat.

**Sean P. Hayes** (3:37)
It's like half. I think it's like a step between, isn't it?

**Jason Bateman** (3:40)
It's less fat.

**Will Arnett** (3:41)
Well, which is less?

**Jason Bateman** (3:43)
The skim milk is zero fat.

**Will Arnett** (3:45)
Oh, really? 2% still leaves a little bit on top. Has not been fully skimmed.
