Is it possible to start at 20 and build 100,000 income off rent by 25?

Let's assume he does.
Yeah, I mean, if you're willing to go all in, right? So, you know, achieving that in that time frame, you would just need to go all in, you know, like, realistically, man, you can't do that by also enjoying every weekend out. By sitting, you know, home every night and watching Netflix and chill, you want to start with one deposit at 20 and replace $100,000 worth of net passive income by 25 You're working weekends, you work in like second job Monday to Friday, like in the nights as well, because you need to build a second deposit as quickly as you can to get that money out into the marketplace to start building on that velocity of money ASAP. So it's definitely not a hard no.
It's being strategic with the time that you have, being willing to sacrifice, being willing to eat shit for the next three to five years. You can't do it in five years and not eat shit. You can't do it in five years and not have to sacrifice. That's impossible. But if you're willing to do all that, then yes. It's not just like you can't just, it's not just going to happen. You've got to literally work your ass off to make that happen. It took me probably closer to 10 years. I think it was when I was at around about 28, 29 That's when my portfolio started ticking up towards 100K. But I didn't know what I was doing for the first five years. So that's the difference of what we're able to help clients with now. We can get them into markets to get returns more quickly, show them how to leverage their money properly and get to the proper levels and then multiply that more quickly. So it's 100% possible. Is Mr. Anthony willing to go out there and do the work that's required?
