This is S-tier, so this is very likely happening. They're in talks, aka just figuring out the money, but it's S-tier, came from Deadline. Samara Weaving is playing Emma Frost. Funny enough, that's the first confirmation of an X-Men character, is Emma Frost. But yeah, what did you think about this casting, sir, for Samara Weaving coming into the MCU in the next year or two?

It's a good pick, it is. Me and Madison just watched Ready or Not 2 a week or two weeks ago. Was it your first time watching it? The sequel, yes. What did you think of the sequel? It was fun. I mean, you got her and Cassie Lang teamed up in there together, so it was some good stuff. It's not the first one, though. No, the first one is I like the first one more. But the second one was it was comedic and it was funny and all that jazz. But she's an awesome actress and I think this is great.
I knew that I had drafted her in my history. You're right. You've been holding on to her ever since, so it's paid off.

This happened back in the day and for a while, I feel like many years, Comic-Con didn't have casting, but the superhero draft is me, Taylor Kirkland, Dylan, we all draft 10 actor, actresses. And if they get cast in a Marvel or DC role, we get a point. Taylor in 2020, after Ready or Not, because that's when you're looking, I'm like, after Ready or Not, she was really on our feeds. I know she had the babysitter, Ready or Not was like, oh, this girl's a star. Taylor drafted her, but then I think the next year dropped her. You know, I'm just saying that that's a mismanagement there. She was still a star and I held on her ever since.
I'm very excited by this casting and I'm very excited now. Ladies Yelling, I am within a week got two points in Superhero Draft. I got Samara Weaving and then I got Ryan Gosling. I am I'm going for the record. I'm going for the record. It's a whole year. Adam Driver come over here. But I thought she she was my fan cast. So I'm pretty happy. I got four MCU fan cast. Right. I got Brie Larson, Vanessa Kirby, Oscar Isaac and now her. But the reason was Samara Weaving, I didn't think was going to happen because I thought they were going to don't get me wrong.
She's not old. She's like my age. But I thought the X-Men were all going to be like early to mid-20s, right? She's like 34, 33 or whatever. So I thought she was perfect, but I thought she might be out of the age range they're looking for, right? Because it's like, hey, we want them to be like teenagers. And we don't know because now we hear the rumors of who's playing Rogue and Beast and Cyclops. It looks like they are going to be in their 30s, so it matches up. So she was mine, but I kind of gave up because I thought, ah, I think she's too old for like them doing the 20s. What were you typing up over there? Are you confirming the age?

Yeah, and again, that's not old for if everyone else is 30 I just thought if they're 20s, you're not going to get a 30-year-old Emma Frost, right? I didn't think that's where you're going to go. But I think she's perfect. Also, we heard rumors about that one girl from like Lamb Man or Yellowstone, whatever you talked about. We heard the Margot Robbie rumors, we heard the Sidney Sweeney rumors, we heard the Sabrina Carpenter rumors.
For me, Samara Weaving feels like the best out of them because I feel like she can be very charming and comedic, like you just talked about already or not. In the babysitter, that is a heartbreaker, heartthrob role where she's definitely, she's playing the hot girl next door. But then she's evil and deceiving and she's scary. It's me, that's what Emma Frost has to be. She has, and I don't think you're really joking, but the MCU likes to joke, right? So most of those characters, I feel like they like to have their actors, majority of them have a comedic bone.
