Observe, the North American dad, 50s, great polo collection. He enters his vehicle information on Carvana, and offer appears in minutes. Remarkable. He squints, reads it again, smiles and says, dang, that's a good offer. The highest form of approval. No haggling, no hassle, no one called him boss.

He's still on the couch. Astonishing. Sell your car today on carvana.com. Pick up, fees may apply.

Rob Beckett (1:49)

Hello, you're listening to Parenting Hell with... Edward, can you say Rob Beckett?

Josh Widdicombe (1:55)

Rob Beckett.

SPEAKER_5 (1:57)

And can you say Josh Widdicombe?

Josh what? Josh Widdicombe.

Rob Beckett (2:04)

Widdicombe. Good boy.

Josh Widdicombe (2:05)

Well done buddy. There you go.

Rob Beckett (2:07)

Well done buddy.

Josh Widdicombe (2:08)

Right. Hi, Rob, Josh and Michael. Here's my cheeky and very accident prone boy, Edward, saying your names. He was exactly three years old when we recorded this. In true Parenting Hell tradition, recorded this mid-bath, much to the amusement of his seven-year-old sister, Alice. I've been listening since day one and can honestly say your podcast got me through some really tricky times. We had trying to have a second child before Edward arrived. So it feels amazing to finally send this in.

I know, Rob, you have done a couple of Australian tours and I know, Josh, you're tempted, but if you're ever in the area, I would recommend a visit to the lovely Melbourne Derbyshire, which is the Australian one is named after. I can't promise sunshine but can promise lots of pubs, friendly people and picturesque village, keeping sexy and reliable. Emma, 486 months from Melbourne Derbyshire, unfortunately not the Australian one.

Rob Beckett (2:56)

Oh, right, I got confused. Okay, so there's a Melbourne in Derbyshire. Looks pretty.

Josh Widdicombe (3:00)

Yeah.

Rob Beckett (3:00)

I'm going to go back to Australia. I'm thinking about going back for a holiday slash work.

Josh Widdicombe (3:05)

Are you going to do it with work again?

Rob Beckett (3:07)

Well, the plan would be to go.

Josh Widdicombe (3:08)

It was a long time. I think listeners will agree with this.

Rob Beckett (3:14)

Okay.

Josh Widdicombe (3:15)

That if I had spoken as publicly as you did within the last year, by publicly, I mean on this podcast.

Rob Beckett (3:23)

Yeah.

Josh Widdicombe (3:24)

About how you can have a real break from touring and stand up.

Rob Beckett (3:28)

Yeah.

Josh Widdicombe (3:29)

And within a year, you are clearly drifting back towards it at top pace. I think it's fair to say you would have hauled me over the coals.

Would you agree on that, Michael?

Rob Beckett (3:46)

Yeah, 100%. But there's a sort of inevitability to it all.

That's why people listen. Because we say something and they're already sat there going.

Josh Widdicombe (3:57)

You would have. Let's be honest, if this was me, Rob, you'd be going, you can't be doing this, Josh. You can't be doing this.

Rob Beckett (4:03)

I mean, look.

Josh Widdicombe (4:04)

It doesn't feel that long ago that you were living on an industrial estate outside Coventry.

Rob Beckett (4:10)

Leicester. Let's get the facts right.
