Hello, you're listening to Parenting Hell with...
**SPEAKER_2** (1:39)
Jaws, can you say Rob?
**Rob Beckett** (1:42)
Rob.
**SPEAKER_7** (1:43)
Can you say Beckett? And can you say Josh? Can you say Widdicombe?
Can you say Stay Sexy? Stay Sexy.
**SPEAKER_2** (1:56)
And Relatable? Don't nod.
**SPEAKER_7** (2:01)
Can you say Relatable?
**Rob Beckett** (2:05)
Close enough.
**SPEAKER_2** (2:05)
Good boy, Bobbitt.
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:07)
There we go.
**Rob Beckett** (2:07)
I want to see how I feel about playing a voice note of a child saying to me, Stay Sexy.
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:12)
Well, he barely did, if that helps.
**SPEAKER_8** (2:14)
Oh, should you be in that?
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:17)
This is my 18-month-old, Julian.
**Rob Beckett** (2:19)
Having a go at Julian, are you?
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:20)
No, I'm not. I'm saying I think it's fine for an 18-month-old to say that. She's not going to know what does sexy mean. Been listening since the beginning, and you've always made me laugh out loud, even if I don't get any of the football references. Well, I've got good news for you, Rebecca.
**Rob Beckett** (2:35)
They are a thing of the past.
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:37)
Reflecting on it now, I probably shouldn't have told my toddler that you were sexy, but it's done now. Becky, 422 months from Reading.
**Rob Beckett** (2:44)
Reading.
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:46)
Reading. So, Rob, how's life?
**Rob Beckett** (2:50)
Life's good. I'm in a rotisserie chicken competition with Tom Allen.
**Josh Widdicombe** (2:56)
Talk to me.
**Rob Beckett** (2:58)
So we have a real passion for rotisserie chicken.
**Josh Widdicombe** (3:02)
Okay. Can you tell me what rotisserie chicken is, just specifically, that's from a kick cooked on a spit?
**Rob Beckett** (3:11)
Yeah. So the ones that are on a spit that moves around slowly, and it's normally got very salty, peppery, crispy skin.
**Josh Widdicombe** (3:18)
And how do you do that at home, a rotisserie chicken?
**Rob Beckett** (3:21)
Well, that's the thing.
We love Lou's favorite restaurant. There's a restaurant in Spain called Campadres that has it. I always loved it. I was all over the Master Poulet in France when we were there.
**Josh Widdicombe** (3:31)
Of course. You and Tom Davis loved Master Poulet.
**Rob Beckett** (3:34)
And when I went to Spain on a holiday, we used to get rotisserie chickens from the market with chips. And he loved the same on holiday, loves it. And he's got a thing for his barbecue. We've got the same barbecue, but I haven't got one yet. But a spit called a joe-tisserie, whatever it's called, that goes round.
And it cooks a chicken. So he cooked us rotisserie chicken with chips and salad. And the game is who can do the best rotisserie chips and salad.
**Josh Widdicombe** (3:59)
Yeah.
**Rob Beckett** (4:00)
And we went to their house, Tom and Alfie's house, last night to have it.
**Josh Widdicombe** (4:04)
Did you score it? How does it work?
**Rob Beckett** (4:06)
We don't score. I think maybe it felt a bit harsh to be in someone's garden eating a chicken to give it a rating out of 10
