We want to feel good. I tried to give up sugar. And you can't.
People say that they gave up sugar, but I think they have two problems. I think they're still on sugar, and they're liars. Uh, yeah, I think they're just dishonest people. It's just too prevalent. There's sugar everywhere. There's probably sugar in your pocket right now. It's wild. I don't know why we can't figure out nutrition. It's never been easier to eat healthy in the history of mankind, I think. We have all the access, all the information. We look it right in the eye and go, No, thank you. The most advanced civilization to ever walk the earth. Hard pass on nutrition. We're not ready yet. Don't call us. We'll call you.
And we know what we're supposed to do, do we not? I get disgusted with myself. I clean all the garbage out of my home. I know what it is. I go to the store. I buy the right stuff. I'm so proud of myself. $200 of very expensive groceries. I come home, I stand back, and I go, I have nothing to eat right now.
