James Koh and Matt Harmon are in New York, Omar Cooper, out of Indiana. I thought he was a really good, like, possession style receiver, but man, quarterback situation there doesn't look great either.
I'm curious to see what kind of usage Omar Cooper will get, but I'll tell you this, he has gotten absolutely zero buzz. I mean, for a high draft pick, he has gotten no, like, there's been no talking points. You know, it's funny, Matt, there's been no talking points, positively or negatively. There's just no conversation surrounding Omar Cooper right now.

I would disagree with you a little bit on the negative side because there was like a little kerfuffle in the first week of the preseason when Isaiah Williams came out there and played ahead of him as this team slot receiver. But then immediately in this end, people freaked out about that.

One of the reasons you could talk to yourself and know him as a prospect is that I think his floor is probably like Khalil Shakir, which is like a better real life player than a fantasy player. I think ultimately wins in the short area, breaks tackles after the catch, like a little bit of a bigger version of that player. I guess what Omar Cooper Jr could be, but it's like, okay, we're talking about Khalil Shakir on the Jets offense. I mean, yeah, I don't know that he's definitely not going to be a great fantasy player this year. And I think really his long term future comes down to, we can't even get the wide receiver one on the Jets to be consistently productive. This guy's going to be the wide receiver three on the Jets. Because I think I buy AD Mitchell buzz as like the team starting ex receiver right now.

Yeah. Well, there's that he might be the fifth best pass catcher period. I mean, you're talking about Mason. I like Mason Taylor a lot. I think he's a really good player.
And then I think Breece Hall is going to get a lot of targets as well. Like where Omar Cooper might be the fifth pass catcher on a Jets offense, bro. Yeah, I don't know if I want to buy in on that at all.
