We're on an island. We are on an island. Before we get to said island, though, I do want to just chat about some business things and plug a couple things. I'm gonna be chatting about the Southern Charm trailer. I'm gonna be chatting about some hot topics and some just general life things. Excited to do that with y'all. Speaking of Southern Charm, I released a Southern Charm trailer reaction video. It got pulled from YouTube. Yesterday was a bad day. It was a bad day. Essentially everything that could have gone wrong with the podcast went wrong. So today's a new day. We're trying to start fresh and feel better about life today. Yesterday, that was my 13th reason. Sitting on my couch, my 13th reason was getting the notification that YouTube had blocked my video that I'd edited for quite some time. So there is an audio version of it that we'll live on in perpetuity, but the video is gone. So you'll have to use your imagination when listening to that episode. So, looking forward to that. But let's dive in. Real Houses of New York, Episode 5 I thought this was a pretty great episode. You know, I'm loving this group of girls. I didn't nothing life-changing here. A lot of semantics, but you know, that is Housewives after all, right? So we land on Mosquito Island. Hate the name. Whoever came up with that name is tough stuff. Now, we learned this later in the episode, the island is actually not just Erika's. It's also a group of seven different rich people.

So this was misleading. She said, my island. I have to agree with Daisy a little bit here. It's like, it's not your island. It's a group of people's island. And who can own a land? Who can own a land? Conversations I'd like to bring up at some point on the Dumpster Dive Live. Who owns land? And who gets to say who owns a land?

But, you know, not to get too in the weeds here on colonialism, but I guess they own this land. So Mosquito Island is seven rich peoples, one of which being Erica from Real Houses of New York, and the other being Richard Branson, who does own the island next door. Now, Richard Branson, it's tough. He's in the Epstein Files as well, I believe, and so is Carol. So we're flying really close to the Epstein Files on these days on our shows. And it does appear next week we start to get our Epstein Files talks, which I'm really looking forward to. Really looking forward to hear what Carol has to say about all that. But the ladies arrive on the island, there isn't a state manager, and this is some bougie ass White Lotus shit, all the staff waiting there for them with drinks. I mean, it's a lot. It's a lot. And the thing with islands, like when rich people own an island, I mean, obviously there's the Epstein of it all, but like it's a little too private.
