RGF Ep. 294: Stop Living Your Worries Twice
Heal Squad x Maria Menounos
October 9, 2026
Happy Regular Guy Friday! We fooled them again and somehow made it through another week! This week, we're riding the Crazy Train, and apparently, we could all use a little reset. We talk about worry, anxiety, and why so much of what we stress about never actually happens.

One thing I love to do when traveling is to visit local farms. I love bringing Athena with me. It makes it so special. I love finding those little spots that we can pick our own fruits and veggies and be outside and meet the farmers. It's those simple experiences that can make you feel right at home when you're exploring somewhere new.
But while you're off making those discoveries and memories, do you ever think about your home just sitting empty, waiting for you to return? Why not earn some extra cash by listing your space on Airbnb while you're away? With the co-host network, you can hire a vetted local to take care of your space and guests, so you can worry less about what's happening back home and focus more on making new memories with the ones that you love. So find a co-host at airbnb.com/host.
I'm on a journey to heal and get better in all areas of life, and I want to do it with you. Welcome to Heal Squad by Maria Menounos, where we improve and heal all parts of our lives. Most importantly, our health. Heal Squad by Maria Menounos, your life improvement series starts now.

You know, you hear Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne, and I like the fluctuation of the I, I, I, I, and varying left and right speakers.
Little innovative. You know, Ozzy went from being beloved, or well, loved on Black Sabbath, then when it became a little bit of a joke when he went on his own. I mean, he still had to carry over fan base, but it was like, ha, ha, ha, here's this guy, you know, this flabby body and pumping his like sign of the beast in unison on stage to some of his Black Sabbath stuff. And then it's just, I think the reality show came and Ozzy just stood the test of time, and then just became universally beloved. Anne Sleeman, how are you? How's your fall?
Ann Sleeman (2:24)
My fall's been a little bit true to this song, Kev. When you picked this song today, I'm like, thank you, Kev, for just understanding what I need today.
We haven't even really spoken that much this week, which is not par for the cost. And you just knew that I needed a little cuckoo, cachoo, crazy train. And somehow, I know we're not on video, but I've never seen the animated video of this before. And also, Trudeau Fawn, that's the video I actually chose off YouTube, which I kind of love. But a little side note. So my mom's first rock album that she ever bought for us kids, it was for my brother, was a little Ozzy Sympathy for the Devil.
Keven Undergaro (3:14)
And as really a staunch Catholics, they weren't fearful.
Ann Sleeman (3:20)
She had no idea what was happening, I don't think until after the fact, and she's like to my brother, Steven, what are you getting me involved in here?
Keven Undergaro (3:32)
But she did it though, that's interesting.
Ann Sleeman (3:35)
Yeah, she went for it. Helen was all right in those moments. In many moments, she is the best.
Keven Undergaro (3:42)
You know, I feel like I don't know why Ozzy, maybe because he just was so, maybe because he really didn't have the devil's spirit in him.
I feel like he could play around with the devil and be fine. But then I think like the God, who's like the Marilyn Manson, I think plays around. Yeah, see your face winced, I think plays around with the devil. And I think, yeah, and I think they're, yeah, I just feel like there's, I don't know the guy personally, but I feel like there could be demons inside of him that, yeah, I don't know. It's funny. In wrestling, Steve the Steamer would concur, but there was the Chris Benoit who ended up in real tragedy, killed his wife and his son and then killed himself. And one wrestler did mention the fact that the wife, before she got with him, she was with another wrestler and his whole thing, his whole gimmick was devil worship and being with the devil. And there was, I remember one wrestler brought it up and said, just, I wonder if there's a correlation between demonic energy and... Because I believe in that too. I believe in like the... I don't think people are evil per se, but I think that demons can get inside them. And when I see it on their face too, I can read it. When I see they have a certain look about them, I'm like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, there's another entity in there at work. But I feel like Ozzy played around with it and I don't know, he was like Teflon with the devil. Yeah, maybe.
