Hello and welcome to the Establish The Run Rest Of Season Top 150 Rankings Show. My name is Adam Levitan. Each and every Wednesday, we are here to discuss our Rest Of Season Top 150 Rankings, how that plays into the season-long trade market, our Redraft Trade Calculator, buy lows, sell highs, and more. Be sure to stay tuned to the end. We will answer your listener questions and submit our one move to make ahead of Week 5 for today's show.

Joined by three young men you know and love, Mark Dankenbring from the Projections team. How are you?

Mark Dankenbring (0:49)

Just shotgunned a beer. I mean, a Gatorade, so riled up and ready to go for the show.

Adam Levitan (0:55)

Yes, Mark is referring to the Jake Ferguson controversy that's going on in the NFL right now. Jack Miller, how are you?

Jack Miller (1:01)

I'm good. It's crazy. We're already a month in and bye weeks are already here, but excited to keep chugging along with this show.

Adam Levitan (1:08)

Yes, and certainly bye weeks are an important factor that is factored into our trade calculator. Obviously you want to be ideally trading for players who have already had their buy once we get a bunch of them behind us. John Daigle, how's it going?

John Daigle (1:21)

Just shotgunned a beer. I mean, a beer. Let's talk about football.

Adam Levitan (1:27)

All right.

Two quick notes here before we get started. First, if you want to access our rest of season top 150 rankings anytime throughout the week on a weekly basis, you need DraftKit Pro. That DraftKit Pro also comes with our Redraft Trade Calculator. Really simple. Put in any trade and we'll tell you which side we prefer. We'll show you how that works a little bit later in the show. Second, if you are serious about your team or you are interested in playing DFS or more serious forms of fantasy, I think you'd be crazy not to check out our in-season product, includes Silva's Matchups, our projections for every player, in every game, Thorns mismatches, and rankings for Offensive Line, Defense Line, Premium Shows and tons more. So head to establishtherun.com now for details on our two NFL products, DraftKit Pro and in-season.

I want to start with some team level changes that we've seen. And it has happened fast for some of these teams. And that's like, you know, the look ahead lines and everything. It's really interesting because teams can change so fast. The premier example of that is the Eagles, who at this point, I think there's real concern they're just like throwing in the towel on the season. They see the writing on the wall after Lane Johnson's retirement. They trade away Cam Juergens today to the Ravens. You get Devonta Smith with this serious hamstring injury. I don't really think he's going to play here in week five. This looks like a team that is just going to kind of play out the string. And yeah, if they make the playoffs, great. But that is they're trying to rebuild their assets. It feels like to me, at least right now, you also have Saquon Barkley week to week with a hamstring injury. So we've down to 34 overall on Devonta Smith. 54 on Saquon, 94 on Hertz. Mark, thoughts on how to handle Eagle stuff right now?

Mark Dankenbring (3:23)

We had pretty big docs across the board on all the Eagles outside of Will Shipley who makes his way into the top 150 with the running back injuries ahead of him. But I think the Lane Johnson retirement here is probably the biggest news and biggest change that we had last week on top of the Saquon Barkley hamstring injury that he suffered in week four. Lane Johnson and his career with the Eagles and with Jalen Hurts as the starting quarterback in games that he's played. The Eagles have averaged 26.5 points per game and 5.6 yards per play. That's in 78 games and 18 games without Lane Johnson, it's been 22 points and 5.1 yards per play. A 4.5 point difference, about a half a yard per play difference when Lane Johnson is in or out there. Then they're also down Landon Dickerson who was placed on IR earlier this year. He just traded Cam Juergens. Three of their potential starting offensive linemen coming into the season are now not going to be playing for the Eagles moving forward. Certainly a hit across the board.

I think trying to take a little bit lessen from us, saying to sell the Giants low last week when they had a pretty good schedule upcoming. The Eagles schedule over the next five weeks is pretty promising. They do get the Jags this week, which is tough, but then they get the Panthers, Cowboys, Commanders and Giants in the four weeks after that.
