In what was an hour ago, them trailing by a point to Kentucky is now a 44-17 game Alabama. 56-7 SMU over UC Davis as far as the ranked teams are out there. Notre Dame went ahead and shut out Rice 52-0. BYU closed it out of Arizona 28-17. Utah State did not end up scoring on that final drive. So Washington 16-14 over Utah State. Those are the ones that were still going. We have some kicks that are coming momentarily. Tennessee and Georgia Tech. Tennessee is about a 13-point favorite on the road over Georgia Tech. 55.5, the total there in that one. Houston is hosting Southern. Houston is a 51.5-point favorite in a game of the 61.5 total. And then of course, in about a half an hour, we get Ohio State and Texas, about a point and a half in favor of Texas as they host Ohio State. 50.5, the total. So the total, still a normal total, even though we didn't see any points last year, kind of a sputtering offensive performance from both teams.

But more experience for both of these guys, we said, super, super experienced offensive line for Ohio State. Archimandine can't play any worse. He can only play better. Super excited for this one, about a half an hour.

We did say Major League Baseball rolls on. I understand that we really need to talk a bunch of football here over the next, you know, several hours and as we should. But there are some races out there that matter. There are results that matter currently. We talked about the Cubs, how they need to kind of hold on. They get it done four to three over the Pirates.

So they get a much needed win to keep their spot firm.

You did get a skeins game and you actually got a good skeins, except, look, there's something going on. We'll figure it out. K-rate way down. He goes seven, only gives up four hits, but only four Ks for skeins. And that's just very unskeins-like. He didn't get the loss, however. Soto came in, gave up some stuff there from a bullpen perspective, so he ends up getting the loss. But skeins was able to navigate the Cubs lineup without the Ks, but that's got to be concerning. Blue Jays and Orioles in a very important series, we're talking about that final wild card spot, and the Blue Jays get it done 7-3 over the Orioles. Padres, we talk about the final wild card spot in the NL, super important game, they hold on 7-6 over the Giants. In a game in which they got 13 hits, San Francisco scored 6 runs on 8 hits. But a win is a win is a win, and they needed it badly. And so they got it.
