Today, we are going to be looking at REA, Reverse Engineer Anything. This is a free open source app that basically allows you to reverse engineer anything with agents from app behavior down to websites, down to tools, down to whatever you want. Now, the cool thing about this is basically, you've got one MCP, and it's a free MCP you can use, that you can basically see, like, if you have something that you want to replicate or you want to create your own version of a tool, this is how you can do it. It's absolutely popping off. 192,000 stars on GitHub. Actually, when I checked it earlier, it was 181,000. So it's going up like crazy. This is trending, and it's a really powerful tool. I actually really liked it. Now, I'll give you an example. So earlier today, I was like, do you know what? It'd be cool if we could create our own calendar app, just as a little test to reverse engineer this. So what did I do? Basically, I went over to our Gentic Operating System, went to Claude, and I basically created a calendar app that is better than the original. And I'll show you basically how this works step by step. So essentially, what we did is we gave it access to the GitHub. And then we said, hey, can you do this with this system for calendars, like inside Go High Level, which is like a CRM. So we can reverse engineer Go High Level's process for creating calendars. And this is the same as Calendly or whatever. And it's a pretty simple app for booking appointments from SEO agency. And so inside this calendar, I was like, imagine if you were paying for Calendly per month. Super simple app, but nobody can build it. No one can create it. No one's replicated it. And 99% of people aren't going to be able to build themselves something like this, unless they learned how to reverse engineer it and then get their agents to do it, which you now can. So as you can see here, we said, okay, can you reverse engineer this system for calendars? And it went off and just built it. And then I said as well, see, you can build your own calendar app. And so it reverse engineered it. It took about, I would say, five minutes. And then it said, I'm now building, rendering it, blah, blah, blah. And it's available here. And I've built it as an app. And so what it does essentially is it reverse engineers it here. So it tells you how it works, what it's done, all the strings in the code. And you don't need to be technical to understand this. Basically, this is just telling you how the code works and what's labeled inside there. It actually looks at the back end so it can figure out, okay, this is the API that it's using right here with the app, which is pretty interesting, because then when it creates the app for you directly, which I'll show you in a second, it's done it using the same API, which means that you can basically repaint or create a new app, a completely new app that's unique to the original. And I'll show you how unique this is in a second. That's actually better in some ways. So this is the app. And if we open this up, this was created with our agentic operating system with REA. Basically, you can see here that it's created a working calendar. As she describes how it works, it's like, okay, a working booking machine engine rebuilt from the actual scheduling rules extracted out of Julian's life, go high level calendar, the slot interval, the buffer, the seats, the lead time, the rolling window, round robin, hose, etc. So it reverse engineered all the rules behind the system that I was using, and then it used it to create this insane app. Even kept the same booking window, which we had previously. So it understands and reverse engineers all the rules, all the settings, and then it gives us something that we can actually change even more so than the original. So it actually looks, for example, at the rules, and it's like, okay, here's Julian's calendar, here's the meeting length that you can change here inside the calendar. So if you change any settings on the left hand side, you actually change the calendar in the middle that you can embed into whatever funnels you have, and it actually changes and reverse engineers who is inside, who's getting booked inside this thing, right? And you can fetch the real slots as well and compare versus a live GHL. So essentially, it's reverse engineered the app, created a better version, made it more customizable, made it way more easier to use. But the difference is that this is free to use. And if you've got a software that you're paying for, that's relatively simple, something as simple as, I don't know, a to-do list app, it could be a calendar. But think about all your favorite apps. Most of them are pretty simple. They just do the job fantastically well. And so with this system, you've basically got an AI that can create apps on the spot for you, reverse engineer something that you love, and create a better, more unique version of it. And that's important to know as well. It's like, you don't just go and create the same app from this system, that's not what you do. What you're aiming to do here is create something unique, create something that's personalized to you, create something better, and create something that's more suited to what you want. And additionally, it's free.
