Chronic migraine is 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more.

SPEAKER_4 (1:05)

Botox, on a botulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine before they start. It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month. It prevents on average eight to nine headache days a month versus six to seven for placebo.

SPEAKER_5 (1:18)

Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty in swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease, Myasthenia Gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome and medications, including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

Google has rolled out Gemini 4 Argon to a select group of cyber defenders at $2 in and $10 out. This is arriving right on the heels of OpenAI launching GPT-61 Sol and Anthropic pushing out Claude Sonnet 5.5.

SPEAKER_7 (2:17)

Handing a new model to cyber defenders first is a highly calculated stress test. The margin for error in cybersecurity is zero. If an algorithm hallucinates a response while generating a marketing email, you get a mildly embarrassing typo. But if it hallucinates while configuring a firewall protocol to block an active threat, you get a catastrophic network breach.

They are putting the system in the most unforgiving environment possible just to see where the breaking points are.

SPEAKER_6 (2:45)

Yeah, and the pricing model they attach to it is probably the clearest signal of what they actually expect this model to do.

Setting the API cost at $2 for input and $10 for output is a heavy distortion. They are making it incredibly cheap to feed information into the system and highly expensive to extract the synthesized result.

SPEAKER_7 (3:03)

Right. But if you break down the mechanics of that pricing for a second, why price the input and output so differently if it is all just data being processed by the same underlying infrastructure?

SPEAKER_6 (3:14)

Well, processing input tokens, which is really just the model reading and indexing the data you provide requires significantly less computational power than generating new tokens. When you feed it a document, the system is essentially mapping the relationships between the words in a space it has already mapped out.

But when you ask it to generate a response, the GPUs have to calculate the probabilities of every single subsequent word from scratch one by one. Generating net new text is a heavy lift for the hardware. So, they discount the reading part to encourage a very specific behavior from the enterprise users.

SPEAKER_7 (3:49)

Which means they want you feeding it entire network logs. They are building for workflows where an engineer uploads three months of server traffic data, or a massive, disorganized code repository, and asks for a single, highly compressed diagnostic output. The cheap input allows you to give the model the entire context of your business, and the expensive output forces you to only ask for the high-value answers.

SPEAKER_6 (4:13)

You see the strategy clearly when you look at the overlapping releases.

GPT-61 Sol and Claude Sonnet 5.5 are hitting the market at the exact same time. We have enterprise teams that haven't even finished integrating the previous version of the API, and the baseline for state-of-the-art infrastructure has already shifted underneath them.
