Welcome back to The Mina Kimes Show featuring Lenny, Power Hour Edition. We're doing a little bit of a twist today on the concept. The concept remains the same, but I thought, and I've done this before, to mix things up so it doesn't feel like I'm always introducing the same teams, doing things in the same order, yada, yada, yada. Instead of me being the host and picking the choices, I would give the opportunity to my frequent co-host, my friend, the host of The Dominique Foxworth Show featuring Dominique Foxworth. I should say Charlie Carpets.
Dominique Foxworth. Hey. How do you feel about doing this? How do you feel about playing the Mina Kimes role this week?

**Domonique Foxworth** (1:18)
The funny thing is you make it seem like you're, I feel like this is the easy job.
The job that you're giving me is the easy job. I mean, I get that you are-

**Mina Kimes** (1:30)
You have less responsibility in that job. People can't yell at you, even though they really should because you're the one who's-

**Domonique Foxworth** (1:37)
Right. That's what I'm saying. That's the perfect thing is because it's like, the choices I give you are actually me telling you what I think. But you're the one that's making the choice. So ultimately, people are going to be mad at you. I just made a list and then if the list comes out all messed up, well, Mina did it.

**Mina Kimes** (1:54)
Well, it's funny because I made my initial list to do this. I've changed my thoughts a little bit. Doing the division previews and I've done a few now, starts to change the way I think about certain teams.
So we'll see. By the way, next week we'll be back again on Monday. Bill Simmons, friend of the pod, is going to be doing his rankings. He's joining me for that. So I will go back to hosting, but it's Domonique this week. Yeah. Yell at him. You heard him. If you don't like this. All right, Domonique, I'm ready. Give me the choices for one. I will be keeping track of my whiteboard for the YouTube audience.

**Domonique Foxworth** (2:24)
No problem. All right. So I would like to throw some curveballs in at some point because it'll be fun, but I couldn't quite bring myself to throw in a curveball at the top. There are two teams that I think are pretty obvious. It's the Rams and the Seahawks that you're going to have to make a choice about. I'm going to avoid making the joke that everyone makes about you being a Seahawks fan because I know you are an unbiased observer when it comes to Power Hour.

**Mina Kimes** (2:48)
Yeah. I've been thinking about this choice, which I've given everyone through the lens of, okay, what is the net you pick with the Rams, right? Because the Rams to me seem very clearly to be the best team in the NFL because of the additions they made during the off season. If the Rams didn't, so I'll just start here. If the Rams didn't trade for Miles Garrett, I would pick the Seahawks. I would, but I mean, it's just very... I had the Seahawks defense above the Rams defense, Dominique, and it could shake out that way. I think coaching is a massive factor there, but it is really easy to imagine a world as well in which everything goes according to plan for Los Angeles and the defense is the best defense in the NFL and the offense is the best offense in the NFL.
What do I call it? The exhaust port and the death start is the offensive line on the Rams, but that remains speculative at this point, so I will pick the Rams for my number one team in football.

**Domonique Foxworth** (3:45)
Yeah, that makes sense. I think that you could make the argument that the Rams were better last year, or they could have, I know that the CIOs won the Super Bowl, so like the Miles Garrett edition, I think sometimes when you are projecting teams and you use the things that they've added as a reason to say that they're better, sometimes it's hard because you can't predict the way that the projections are added, but this defense was good last year. They improved with corners that you know you can trust in Miles Garrett.
