Tom, when you see Zelensky doing what he's doing, is he using this as an opportunity to get on the right side of the president to have leverage on his negotiations with Russia?

So, this is a retaliatory. The US has been in a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine.
Our, we have been testing, remember we talked about this at the beginning of the war, we have been testing our arms, our tanks, and our materials against Russian counterparts. And the test bed has been Ukraine. The CIA gave Ukraine targeting information to go over the border with small rockets into Russia. Russia was pissed because they knew what was going on, especially after they had apparently been given the wink-wink, if it's a small excursion, said President Biden, you can come across the border. So Russia has been upset with that. And now Ukraine looks back and goes, hey, wait a minute, our intelligence tells us Russia was giving targeting information to the Iranians to hit US bases. What a surprise, Pat, what a surprise. And by the way, there's a comment from Zelensky that said, if you give me 10 planes, 15 tanks and two Bentleys, I'll tell you who the Russian military actually did.
So I'm being silly, but I'm not being silly.

These satellite images are right there. Adam, what do you think Zelensky's motive? Do you have a different position than what Tom just said?

Well, I'm not going to disagree with our friend Tom. I just think, you know, we often say, you know, that the three stages of truth, the first, you're ridiculed, and we've seen Zelensky been ridiculed.
Second, you're violently opposed, you get out of here, you don't have the cards. And then the third part is it's accepted as being self-evident. I think we can agree on this. Yes, we don't want to be wasting money and wasting resources all around the world. But at the same time, we can't be ostriches and pretend that we're just isolationists. We understand that Russia is the bad guy. We're on Team Ukraine. We understand that Iran is the bad guy in the region, and we're on Team Israel. And all these things and all the rhetoric that has been used to basically try to dismantle our alliances with countries that we're cool with from bad actors out there. The chickens are coming home to roost, so to speak. And we all know that at the end of the day, Russia is the bad guy, they're a bad actor. And don't look now, not only are they not winning this war, they're potentially losing this war. If you look at the deaths, the combatants, ever since Israel and Palestine, nobody wants to talk about Russian Ukraine. Do you know that for every one dead Ukrainian soldier, rest in peace, there's eight dead Russians? This is not going good for Putin. His legacy will be a failed war in Ukraine. And let's see if he lives long enough to basically see the end of the war.

Yeah. I mean, look, I don't know what's going to happen. I do know whenever there's a massive tension, it's a massive opportunity to position yourself and win. Massive. When there's a lot of tension, it's like, hey, let me have a... It's like in a company, you know, three people quit, all of a sudden, it's like eight people show up to ask for a raise because they're thinking the company's worried about losing people. Hey, I need a raise. Hey, hey, because they're like, hey, you're worried about me quitting, so can you give me a raise? It's like, this is one of those moments where people are kind of trying to position themselves. And I think a lot of people are being opportunistic, him being one of them.
