What's up, everyone? Welcome to the 725th episode of The Pokemon Podcast.
I've been away for a while, so now I'm actually sitting at my desk. We're doing this. Hi, I'm your host, Steve. With me is Bobby.

**Bobby** (1:45)
Hello. I just wanna say congratulations to the New York Knicks on winning the NBA Championship this weekend.
53 years since they won their last championship, so I'm not a New York Knicks fan, but congratulations to the Knicks. Gotta give it up. So that's a long time.

**Austin** (2:03)
Shout out, Nick.

**Steve Sarumi** (2:07)
Austin also here.

**Austin** (2:09)
I wanna give a big congratulations to Olivia Rodrigo on her new album, It's a Banger. There's a lot of good, well, it's sad, but there's a lot of good stuff in there, too.

**Steve Sarumi** (2:19)
Okay. I'd like to give a shout out to Papa Pikachu for a wonderful GO Fest.
You really knocked it out of the park there. Bobby, we missed you last week. We were in the studio.

**Bobby** (2:39)
Yeah, it looked nice. Nice studio.

**Steve Sarumi** (2:41)
It was such a different vibe than the LA studio.

**Bobby** (2:45)
It kind of was. The couch in the middle was different, that's for sure.

**Steve Sarumi** (2:51)
It felt like, not that the LA studio was badly lit, it's perfectly lit, but this studio felt brighter.

**Bobby** (2:59)
Yes. Yeah.

**Austin** (3:01)
I think because the lighting wasn't like dark and purple, it was like regular lights.
Okay. You know what I mean?

**Bobby** (3:09)
Maybe it's also that we always record at the LA studio at like 8.3 at night. And it just feels like we're coming in the cold dark, but...

**Steve Sarumi** (3:20)
We did record at like 1.3 in the afternoon. We did have a terrible Uber experience on the way there.

**Bobby** (3:28)
You wouldn't have had that experience if I was driving. That's true.

**Steve Sarumi** (3:31)
You just drove to Chicago.

**Austin** (3:33)
That is true.

**Steve Sarumi** (3:33)
And you could have drove us to the studio.

**Austin** (3:36)
I mean, you're a fan of cars, so driving surely is.

**Bobby** (3:39)
Oh, yeah. Across the country, no problem.

**Steve Sarumi** (3:41)
Yeah, easy. Easy. OK, we have a show for you guys today. We have some. We're going to talk about the Pokémon Fossil Museum. Austin and I went different times, though, so we're going to talk about that. We did talk about that a little bit last week, but I didn't want to like bog down the our limited time in the studio with that. And I'm sure Bobby has questions.
And then we have, where did my notes go?
We, we, they announced Pokopia DLC. That was part of the Nintendo Direct. So they announced that we got a Champions Release Date. We also got Mega Raichu Y and Mega Raichu X's ability. I don't know why I said those backwards. That felt weird. Should be Mega Raichu X and then Mega Raichu Y. And then they did give us some more details about the 30th Anniversary TCG Set coming out. And then if you stick around for our bonus segment on Patreon, patreon.com/pkmncast, we will be talking about Pokémon Sleep, because it's been a while and there's a lot-yose event happening in Pokémon Sleep. And I regret everything, every choice I made this week going to the island I did. Oh, no. Wow. You can stick around for the bonus segment for that.
