Within a day of changing the thumbnail, that video went from getting a thousand views a day to 40,000 views a day.

Videos that have 10, 50, 100 million views, always pose a question that you have to click to answer. The click part of the equation is 50% of the game.
SPEAKER_4 (1:21)
He shows the exact systems behind the videos you can't stop watching, and why attention is the only thing that matters.
SPEAKER_3 (1:27)
If you can consistently go viral, like that is the most important scale. It's so crucial you get this next product, which is...

50 billion views, the highest paid YouTube strategist in the world. Worked with Red Bull, MrBeast, The Philadelphia Eagles. He claims he can make any channel, any account go viral. We're going to give you the full playbook today.
So, you walked into Red Bull's YouTube channel. They're averaging 400,000 views of video. Today, over 9 million. What did you find when you walked in?
SPEAKER_3 (2:04)
YouTube strategy. It just wasn't being applied. So, I think this is something you see all the time with YouTube channels, with big brands. They treat YouTube like it's just a place to host videos. I call them Vimeo creators, because they're just using it as a video hosting platform.
I think consistently, when I look at the channels that we've managed to grow to be the biggest channels in the world, or in that case, like 10x, 20x viewership, it's just putting emphasis and putting time towards the things that actually matter. So, a lot of people think YouTube is just make a video, shoot a video, put it up. If it goes viral, it goes viral.
I think, I believe this 10 years ago, and I've become more and more convinced of it, that virality can be engineered. It's actually a lot more predictable than people think. So, when we come into a channel like Red Bull or any of the channels we've worked with, it's about like, how can we look at the data? How can we look at what they're doing and actually predict virality for their channel?
SPEAKER_4 (3:00)
Yeah, it's not so much a strategy, as much as it is a framework. And guys, this guy made his dog go viral. And even the Philadelphia Eagles, like you look at Red Bull, you look at a dog, you look at the Eagles, and I mean, you're literally three, four, five x more views on the Philadelphia Eagles versus any other NFL team. So it really does kind of apply anywhere. When you kind of look at it from like a macro perspective, what are kind of those big buckets on how you just look at YouTube in general? And then we'll kind of like double click on each.
SPEAKER_3 (3:25)
Yeah. So to me, I always like to say YouTube is a click and watch platform, right?
And I think it's very different to how, again, people really perceive it. They just think of it as like, oh, you just watch videos. But when you think about it, you're scrolling a platform, you're clicking. That's very different to other platforms like Instagram, Rails, TikTok. You're being served things. You're watching things that are being served to you. YouTube, you still have that decision to make. At least for long form, you have that choice to make. So I always think YouTube really boils down to a few things. It boils down to, can we come up with better ideas than anyone else? Can we come up with ideas that are going to travel and go viral? Can we make those ideas really clickable? So can a lot of people click those videos? And I do like to say that the click part of the equation is kind of 50% of the game. And I always shock people when I say, you know, there's clients we work with where we'll make 50 thumbnails for a video. And, you know, the person is just sort of standing there going, oh, I make one. I'm like, yeah, we make 50 And we have five designers working on different concepts for just one video. And I think the click is a really important part of the equation.
