Oh, hello, people in Podcastland. Welcome back. My guests today are Jonny and Yusef from propainfitness.com, and we are doing our mandatory end of year review, also wearing beautiful Christmas jumpers. So head over to the YouTube if you want to see us in all of our festive glory. But yeah, what a year. Definitely a lot of lessons to take from it, and hopefully they will help you to reframe what 2020 means. So today, expect to learn how Yusef's insight on the front lines of a hospital has changed his world view, how Jonny has improved his personal development by removing most of the things that he does, how hot a hot potato can really be, my lessons from spending some time in Dubai and creating a personal break point, and much more. It is really nice to have the boys back. It's such a shame that I can't do it in person at the moment. And I promise as soon as the world opens up that we will do that. I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone that is listening for your support this year. We've grown 450% in plays and followers. 22nd best podcast in the UK on the Society and Culture Chart as per the Spotify End of Year Review. I think it's probably the number one independent podcast in that chart in the UK. Everybody else is backed by the BBC or some production house or some big studio, and this is just me and VideoGuideen doing our thing. So thank you massively. I adore this and I have some mad, huge, ridiculous plans for 2021 And yeah, I couldn't be happier that you're all going to join me on that journey. In other news, this episode is brought to you by the State App. Hundreds of you have already got involved after the first advert that I dropped a few weeks ago, and the response has been fantastic. I'm really, really happy to have introduced breathwork to so many people's lives. It is a massive hack, especially if you're feeling a little bit stressed. If you're looking to add something new into your daily routine that is going to make an immediate impact to how you feel in terms of your alertness, your mindfulness, how present you are, and just generally trying to combat the overexertion we have from screens and notifications and stimulus. It's a beautiful way to spend between five and ten minutes every day just focusing on being you. Just reminding yourself that you can control the way that your body feels. You can activate that parasympathetic nervous system and it also means you start every day in the best mood possible. Plus, you can try it out for free. There is a two week free trial available if you click the link in the show notes below and it's all done through your Apple app store. So it means that you do not have to sign up to any new websites, double click the side, download the app and you can be using it within 30 seconds. Simply follow the link below or go to bit.ly, bit.ly slash state wisdom to go and try this out for free for two weeks, no obligation and if you continue using it after that, it's less than the price of a cup of coffee per month or about $24.99 a year for, without a doubt, one of the best and most impactful breathwork and mindfulness practices that I've ever come across. Bit.ly slash state wisdom. But for now, it's time for the end of your review with Jonny & Yusef.
Ladies and gentlemen, Merry Crimbo. Look at us, look at how lovely we are. Look at this. Get your Christmas jumpers out for the lads.
So nice. You always have the classiest Christmas jumpers, Jonny. Look at that. It's so Abercrombie, isn't it?

**Dr. Yusef Smith** (4:02)
Jonny duped us last year with the light up one.

**Jonathan Watson** (4:08)
Broken.

**Dr. Yusef Smith** (4:09)
You said it was voice activated, I think.

**Jonathan Watson** (4:11)
Yeah, that was a bit.

**Chris Williamson** (4:12)
So where's that from? Is it Hollister?

**Jonathan Watson** (4:15)
So this, so the reason I'm wearing this is that Becker has bought all three of us, all three of us, including Dexter, matching Christmas jumpers. So Dexter has the same jumper, slightly smaller, obviously. And then Becker also has one. And they're the same, but kind of slightly different color themes. But I agree, like it's very, like you could wear it. You could wear it out and just have your hand, the arm over the reindeer and no one would say anything.

**Chris Williamson** (4:41)
Pretty trendy.

**Jonathan Watson** (4:41)
