Coming from Reuters, exclusive OpenAI agents hijacked a German website and previously undisclosed AI breakout this spring. So many, many months ago. Remember when our government was warning about us about the danger of Chinese artificial intelligence? The Trump administration came out strong, and even though they know there are not currently any laws to keep American companies from using Chinese artificial intelligence models, they decided to start putting the pressure on American companies to try to prevent our companies from using the models. And one of the interesting things, one of the interesting things that was put on the table is that if any American company used a Chinese model, they were completely legally liable for any harmful action that occurred with the system that had that model as the back end, right? And that was a way to try to scare the crap out of CEOs, because one thing CEOs don't like to deal with is unknown liability. If they know about how much the cost of the ticket is going to be, they're probably going to pay it. But if there's this big question mark about what the overall liability is going to be, maybe they'll just decide to use an OpenAI model instead. So is it an interest, isn't it interesting, that the Trump administration is going to threaten American companies that if they use Chinese models, and that if there is an event that the Chinese model, in the system that the Chinese model uses, that causes harm, they will have 100% liability. But then when OpenAI commits felonies, time and again, we don't see any grand jury being pulled together. It's called. Isn't that kind of funny? So if you use a Chinese model, you have to be scared about anything that might occur, but American AI companies can commit felonies at will.
And you know, that is just the cost of moving into the future. It is a hell of a thing. So we already had OpenAI, right? OpenAI already committed felonies against Hugging Face. Hugging Face literally called the FBI. They were under such a sustained attack from an outside entity that they ended up calling the FBI. And it comes to find out that OpenAI was committing felonies against Hugging Face. Again, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, for some reason, it applies to everybody in the world other than Sam Altman. We also heard about anthropic, quote unquote, escaping. We heard about meta having problems, right? All of this kind of stuff. Now, the interesting thing is, it appears that OpenAI has committed more felonies. So here's my question to the Trump administration. What is the Trump administration going to do to protect us from Sam Altman, right?
Now, the accusations from Sam Altman's sister seem to show that the authority figures when she was a child did not protect her from Sam Altman. Isn't it interesting now that Sam Altman is a full adult, that the authority figures don't protect the rest of the world from the derangement of Sam Altman? And yes, I will keep bringing that up, cause I gotta say, it seems more and more appropriate by the day. What do you say? Anyways, so yeah, so this is the latest thing. Apparently, OpenAI agents hijacked a German website. And I do want to think one of the interesting things here. Again, it does seem to go to the point of felony, right? It does go to the point that a grand jury should be impaneled to determine whether Sam Altman should spend time in jail. But one of the other interesting things with this, before we get to the point where it starts committing felonies against a company in a foreign country, right? One of the other interesting things is just how the agents used an open platform for their own purposes, and how this might actually destroy the Internet. So I think about this, right, with the AI scraper. So one of the big things that was occurring a couple of years ago is AI scrapers, right?
Sam Altman, Dario, the people that were running these AI companies, they were scraping websites to the point, it literally ended up being denial of service tax. Remember, when we talk about denial of service tax or distributed denial of service attacks, all this means is that all of the resources of the system, like the server system, are tied up to the point that legitimate traffic can no longer get through. And this is one of the problems you run into in the real world. Many, many times you find out, again, your worst enemy might be you. Most, to be clear, most of the time in the real corporate world, when your systems are going under denial of service attack, it's because somebody in your company did something stupid and essentially using all the ports or licenses or whatever else, the sessions. Anyways, right? But one of the important things to understand is again, when Sam Altman in his derangement, right, determined that he needed to make sure that OpenAI was a premier AI company in the world, right? He doesn't care who else he destroys. He doesn't seem to care who else he damages. He doesn't seem to give a damn about the pain that is caused for him to get what he wants, right? When these AI systems were going out there and they were scraping the web, the problem was is essentially it turned into a distributed denial of service tech where the AI bots were scraping these sites to such a degree, it was using all of the resources available for the site so that when legitimate traffic, when actual visitors came to sites, the sites would not work for them because these AI companies were essentially taking down the sites. This is the real thing, Cloudfair, Flare literally came up with a new service, literally to block AI scrapers, right? AI scrapers were worse than bots, were worse than nefarious activities, all that kind of thing was causing real and actual damage. That seems to have been tamped down now. Now, but one of the things that becomes interesting, again, with this AI disaster that's occurring, is you have these AI agents, right? These AI agents are clustering together in order to do particular tasks. Well, one of the things I've talked about for many times right now is one of the big questions with AI agents is how do you manage them? Right? Think about this. Anybody who has actually had to manage employees.
