For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters.
Tramfia offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start.
Tramfia is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tramfia, proper training is required. Tramfia is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them, and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Tell your doctor if you have an infection, flu-like symptoms, or need a vaccine. Explore what's possible. Ask your doctor about Tramfia today. I'm just going to go right off the bat and apologize, because I know that you probably get asked, do you watch The Pit? Because that must be the same amount that every cook, a chef, you're like, do you like The Bear?
**SPEAKER_3** (1:21)
I imagine it would be similar, yeah.
**Dave Chang** (1:23)
And you're like, yes, actually, a lot of it is similar, but this, this, and this are not remotely the same.
**SPEAKER_3** (1:28)
Yeah.
**Dave Chang** (1:29)
And it's probably the most accurate, you know?
**SPEAKER_3** (1:33)
I would say, yeah. So have you guys, or have you guys watched The Pit?
It's just too intense. I watched The Pit.
**SPEAKER_4** (1:40)
So that's what I was going to say.
**Dave Chang** (1:41)
I didn't like it.
**SPEAKER_3** (1:42)
My wife will not watch The Bear with me, because she's just like, it's too much. And so-
**Dave Chang** (1:46)
Is she in culinary profession?
**SPEAKER_3** (1:48)
No, she's a speech pathologist. But we did finally get around to watching The Pit, two seasons, and it's pretty accurate, you know?
I'd say the one thing that I tell everybody is like, that whole season, they try to shoot it in like one shift. I feel like it's more of like two weeks in the ER, like a real life, you know? You'll still see everything. It's just hopefully not all on one day, because it's pretty brutal.

**SPEAKER_3** (2:56)
No longer.
So about two years ago, I went to something pre and post-surgery, and I'm just leaving that job. They know already, and I'm leaving that job in about a week. And I took a job as a nurse supervisor with Student Health at a college.
**Dave Chang** (3:16)
So way more chill.
**SPEAKER_3** (3:17)
Way more chill, yeah. Way less money, but I would imagine it's far more chill. And I can walk there from my house, so that's nice.
**Dave Chang** (3:26)
Quality of life.
**SPEAKER_5** (3:27)
But you were in the ER before that?
**SPEAKER_3** (3:28)
I was in the ER before that.
**SPEAKER_5** (3:30)
Is that like where you...
What is an ER doctor or a nurse? Is that a personality type?
**SPEAKER_3** (3:37)
Yeah, I think so.
I imagine that it's very similar to restaurants, I'd say. From what I can gather, it's just like... It's a lot of teamwork. It's a lot of kind of spontaneous, like, well, let's just see what happens. Intensity? Definitely intensity. But you kind of laugh.
**SPEAKER_5** (3:58)
Sorry, you said in the ER, there's a lot of, let's see what happens.
**SPEAKER_3** (4:01)
Oh, definitely a lot of, let's see what happens, for sure. Oh, shit. I know, not in that way.
Not in the way like, okay, I think I'll try this and let's see how it works.
**SPEAKER_6** (4:09)
We're expecting stuff that we've not ruined over there.
**SPEAKER_3** (4:13)
But it can be as simple as like, okay, we know this person's having a stroke. Are they going to get better right away or not? Let's see how that goes.
So it's a little bit, there is a lot of wait and see. And I think that's one of the biggest problems. I'm sure people have gone to the ER and it's like, I have to wait seven hours to go to the back, and you might not even get in a bed. It's pretty crazy. This is delicious.
