All right, 221, phone number to dial 888-808-1019.

The Giants are running things like they're the Sopranos, Najee Harris, you're dead. Get out of town. And if you're a diehard Nick fan, it all starts tonight. Of course, very hard to go to the game tonight, getting a price over $2,000 for the ceremony tonight, as expected.

Chris McMonigle (0:23)

What do you think you're going to feel tonight?

Craig Carton (0:25)

I'm going to feel elation.

Chris McMonigle (0:26)

Do you think it's going to feel the same as when they won?

Craig Carton (0:29)

No, not even close.

Chris McMonigle (0:30)

It's going to be different, right?

Craig Carton (0:31)

Of course, it's different. We've had, what, five months to experience it.

Chris McMonigle (0:35)

I don't know. What's the emotion when the banner goes up?

Craig Carton (0:37)

I think that's going to be, you're going to see Grown Man Cry. Yeah, right?

Chris McMonigle (0:40)

I do believe that. You're still going to have that kind of like...

Craig Carton (0:43)

Because you know why? They're going to play the...

I know there's been a million different video things put together. They're going to play it. They're going to play one of those video... What's the word I'm looking for? Montage?

A video montage with Mike Breen doing his thing. And whether you were at the game or watched the game or now you're in the building maybe anywhere in last year, it's not the ring part that's going to get us. When the batter goes up and they play that montage, I mean, if you've never heard the garden rock, just watch tonight. It's going to rock tonight before first tip. And then the question is, is there a natural letdown? These are tough games to win, actually, for the home team. A lot of times, wherever city you might be in, when they're celebrating a big win, a championship, there's a natural letdown off of the ceremony, and then the visiting team steals a dub. Can't let that happen tonight.

Chris McMonigle (1:41)

You would not like that very much.

Craig Carton (1:42)

I can't let LeBron James come into Madison Square Garden.

Chris McMonigle (1:44)

And ruin banner night.

Craig Carton (1:45)

And ruin banner night. I can't allow it, Big Mac. I can't.

I can't.

Chris McMonigle (1:50)

But I'm just...

Craig Carton (1:51)

I don't think he's going to, by the way.

Chris McMonigle (1:52)

I'm just curious, because it's such... It's been such a surreal feeling about just everything about the Knicks. I think a lot of it had to do with the manner in which they just went through the playoffs. Like, it was just...

Craig Carton (2:03)

Like poop through a goose.

Chris McMonigle (2:04)

It could not be explained. It was one of those irrational things that don't make sense. And now, like, they're going to celebrate this championship. The banner is going to go up. You recognize that team is going to live forever and everything. It's like, well, we've all known. But now it comes into a package where the actual banner up in the rafters next to really nothing for how many years. It's going to be a sight to behold. It's going to be a sight to behold.

Craig Carton (2:27)

It's going to be great.

Chris McMonigle (2:28)

It's going to be fantastic.

Craig Carton (2:28)

Every camera's going to be painted out towards the top. Kind of all the celebrities out there. Which, you know, I'm not a big fan of, but it is what it is.

It's going to be an awesome night. Tonight's history. Now, only 18,000 have changed can go to the game tonight. I've decided to go home and watch it at home with my kids because I couldn't pick which kid is my favorite tonight because I wouldn't be right.

Chris McMonigle (2:52)

And you don't want to let the other ones know.

Craig Carton (2:54)

Well, yeah, if I take Lucky, then Sonny and Anthony and Mickey are like, oh, hey, oh, oh. Right, if I take Sonny, the same thing. If I take my wife, the four kids are pissed at me. So I'm going home.

We're at 6 o'clock. I'll be home in time for all the pre-game festivities and the tip and everything else.

Chris McMonigle (3:11)

Must be nice.

Craig Carton (3:12)

And I am so excited for it.

Chris McMonigle (3:13)

Can't wait.

Craig Carton (3:15)

Because tonight's one of those nights that many of us didn't think we'd ever see.

Chris McMonigle (3:21)

No.

Craig Carton (3:21)

Right?

Chris McMonigle (3:22)

Never thought I'd see it.

Craig Carton (3:23)

Five decades plus.

Chris McMonigle (3:25)

Do you think everyone's... Is Ewing going to be there? Yes. Is Starks going to be there?
