Joe, Von Miller's looking for a new home. Look what he posted. Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh. Hello, Von. Hey, boy, come on home, man. You know we got a spot for you. That two-fold look good on you, too, boy. Yeah, he from Texas, too. Yeah, he played at Texas Stadium. Makes sense. Demarcus Ware was one of his guys. He got an opportunity to play with D Ware in Denver. They won a championship together, Vaughn was Super Bowl MVP.
And you look at the limited number of snaps that he had last year, I think he had like seven, eight sacks.
Look, the one thing he could do, he can get out to the quarterback. And it's not going to cost you a whole lot of money. Can he be, he could still be in that corner, he could still be in that edge. Oh yeah.
He been in like Beckham, boy. I know. Look, I'm a Von Miller fan, man, especially he come to the Cowboy. Hey boy, hey boy, our defense gonna be all right, Ocho. I'm telling you. Our defense gonna be better than y'all's.
The Bengals. Yo, let's wait till football season to get here, Joe, before we throw our total trash. All right, okay. I'm gonna be all, hey, hey, I got something for you, boy. Right now, my head is all basketball right now. All basketball.
Oh, this gonna get Ocho upset. An anonymous AFC executive is calling out overpriced wide receivers. I think the wide receiver prices have gotten so crazy that teams are warming up to the fact I can get a super talented back, pass-cation, uh, talented back with pass-cation abilities, paying 17 or 18 million a year, like doesn't sound so bad anymore. The top average NFL annual value position for JSCN, 42.1 million, more than double the top running back, which is Saquon at 20.6. Ocho?
You can say, hey, cause remember, remember Ocho used to be the running backs. We ain't gon pay the running back. Now they're saying these wide receiver prices are getting astronomical. Now they're getting out of line. Man, Chad, please. Listen, if you don't have no, if you don't have receivers, go out there and try to run a offense to see what happens. Can't nobody get the hell open. And they put, they stack nine in the goddamn box. And then even if you do have one of those dynamic backs, Unc, that can run the ball and catch the ball out the backfield, and they can't run the ball because you don't got no receivers to open up the game, to take the top off the coverage. Man, what are these people talking about, man? There's a reason they make that 40, 41, 42, 43 There's a reason Pooka going to break the bank and reset the market at the wildest. Man, what are we talking about? If you understand the game and how the game is played, how many of those backs he just described are there in the NFL. What, three, maybe four? If that, McCaffrey, B. John Robinson, Jameer Gibbs, Saquon, Jameer Gibbs and Christian McCaffrey. Who else? It's 32 teams, I could only name five players that are really good, really good at doing both. You're right. Let's be realistic. Come on, man. And you make it seem like everybody, listen, every receiver that comes up ain't going to get JSC and Apuka's money. No. It's just like every quarterback that... So every quarterback now, when he's eligible, so you think Baker Mayfield is going to reset the market, he's going to get Patrick Mahone's money? No, he's not. No, he's not. And then you have to understand these $40 million contracts are reserved for the elite of the elite. All top dollar contracts are, except the quarterbacks, but the quarterback is the only guy. He's the only guy that you pay on potential. Everybody else have to prove themselves, and they have to normally prove themselves over and over. A quarterback, well, we think he can be good. Let's go ahead and pay him. Even after one season. Cause you can't do nothing without no damn quarterback. At all. But they can't do nothing. Look, I understand. So you want to, these is exact, whoever this exact is. So you want the value of the franchises to go up. Used to go buy a franchise for 30, 40, 50 million dollars, 100 million, 200 million. So your franchise is going up, 6 billion, 7 billion, 8 billion, 10 billion, 12 billion, billion. But while the prices for the players stay the same.
You see how they're thinking, Chad? So now the Cowboys got a value, I think they got a valuation of 12, 13 billion dollars. But you want the wide receivers to still make money like they're playing in 2015 Hello. Damn. Matter of fact, you know who I left off that list too? Six running backs actually, Brother Cook down there in Buffalo. Yeah. Yeah, Brother Cook down there in Buffalo. That's what I don't get. Everybody keep talking, oh, oh, the stock market is good and all this is good. The common man ain't in the stock market.
