The number 12 UCLA Bruins defeated Wisconsin 17 to 7, and still undefeated. The Bruins, the last undefeated team standing across the Big Ten, the SEC, UCLA. You see, the SEC, UCLA, last year was three and nine. Who saw this coming?

I didn't, I ain't gonna lie to you.

Chad Johnson (0:23)

Hey, UCLA, you saw it coming?

Shannon Sharpe (0:28)

No, I didn't.

Chad Johnson (0:30)

I hadn't heard much from UCLA in a couple years.

Shannon Sharpe (0:32)

Hell, I don't even know if UCLA saw it coming.

Hold on, UCLA used to keep some good players, or used to have some decent teams, Ocho. Many, many years ago, Joe. Yeah, they had a drought. They had a little drought, but you know, they used to have some pretty good teams back in the day.

Chad Johnson (0:55)

Boy, look here.

Shannon Sharpe (0:56)

Wisconsin passed the day with 6-16 for 66 yards.

The whole game? Yeah.

Chad Johnson (1:04)

That's it?

Shannon Sharpe (1:08)

UCLA, 23 of 22, with 34, 264, two interceptions. So they didn't really play a clean game. Wisconsin just some trash can.

They lucky they lost by 10 here. Yes.

Chad Johnson (1:25)

That's so funny.

UCLA is ranked number 12 with so many of the top teams losing today. I wonder, does UCLA-

Shannon Sharpe (1:33)

Crank the top 10, they couldn't catch it. Oh, yeah.

Chad Johnson (1:38)

Georgia lost.

Shannon Sharpe (1:39)

Well, Georgia go still, Georgia go, hey, I think the thing is, Ocho, is that you look at Texas, Texas is gonna be in the 20s. Alabama is gonna drop somewhere in the teens because that was the number 14 team in the country. So, ain't no harm, no foul. But Texas, Texas is gonna be in the 20s. Yeah. You think so? Hell yeah. They free falling.

Obviously, what you call the moves up, Notre Dame is gonna drop a little bit, BYU is gonna move up, Ole Miss is gonna move up.

Florida is probably gonna be back at the, gonna be ranked again.

Chad Johnson (2:15)

Kentucky has to move up.

Shannon Sharpe (2:16)

Yeah.

Tennessee a move up. Hell, Tennessee might be in the top 10 What was Tennessee? 14? They might move in to the top 10

Chad Johnson (2:31)

That's unbelievable.

Shannon Sharpe (2:32)

Yeah. Hey, better play your best football, man. These teams, hey, once upon a time, you go, you big, bad team rank, you roll up in somebody building, they lay down for you. Not no more.

No, sir. Not anymore.

Not anymore. But UCLA, the only big team, big time team, of the big 10 and the SEC, are the only undefeated team who saw this.

The Golden State Valkyries pulled off a 68-64 victory over the Atlanta Dream. The Valkyries went on a 7-0 run to close the game with Gabby Williams scoring 6 of those 7 points. The Dream went 0-7 in the final 2 minutes and 53 seconds with 5 of those attempts coming from beyond the arc. At the same time, Gabby Williams went 6-6 from the free throw line. Atlanta guard Alicia Gray, who played for the first time since injuring a ring finger on a left shooting hand game one, scored a team-high 19 points. Angel Reese had 14 points and 12 rebounds. She scored those 14 points on Joe and Ochocinco in the first half. She was over in the second half. The Valkyries have an out, both of these teams play outstanding defense. Both of these teams play three players on the first and second team all defense. I agree. So I'm not surprised that we saw a 64-68 ball game. Both teams can dial it up. But the Valkyries, after what I saw them do to the aces, the aces have an 11-point lead and the Valkyries go on a 17-0 run. The aces have a 6-0, have a 6-point lead and the Valkyries go on an 8-0 run. The way they defend it, the way they make everything difficult.

I watched this game, Uncle Ocho. This game came down to turnovers and I have to say poor execution on Atlanta's part, down the stretch, Uncle Ocho, because Atlanta was winning the game. They was controlling the whole game. Yes. And with like three minutes left, excuse me, Atlanta went into a drought, Uncle Ocho, to where they couldn't score a basket. And the Valkyries, they went on like a seven to eight-oh run, which kind of sealed the game for them.

Here's my take. I thought Atlanta would win the defensive, the defensive, the defensive rebounding battle, the rebounding battle, but they didn't. The Valkyries are tough, Uncle Ocho, they can play.
