What did he say? And how were you guys able to mount that comeback in the fourth quarter?

Man, it wasn't really too much of anything. It was like him just getting back to us, being able to realize the moment that we're in.

And realizing like, what's at stake? You know, we gotta go win a ball game. And it's by any means that we gotta do that. And so he was just telling us like, man, believe in yourselves, believe in everything that's around it. And just go out there and play. Like he just kept it real. You could tell by the motion on his face that it was about the realest thing that he was gonna say to us. And as men, as competitors, we had to accept that and go make it happen. So it wasn't really much of anything that was too crazy. It was just him just going like, man, y'all gotta go do it. And we did it.

Were you surprised? Look, I think they're on the two yard line or something. They could kick a field kicker, take the points. All of a sudden, there's eight minutes left in the ball game and they go for it. You guys stop them. And from that point on, it seems like you guys seized the momentum. Were you shocked they didn't take the points at that point?

Yeah, I was shocked. But you know, I don't really control what's going on. That's the football guys looking out after us because I know if that was us in that situation, we're gonna try to probably kick that field goal. But man, like I said, like, man, I'm just glad, you know, defense, defense bucked up, defense bucked up all day for us. They kept us, kept the offense getting opportunities to get on that field. And you know, obviously this week we got to, we got to seize the opportunity better. But you know, if it wasn't for the defense, man, we wouldn't be talking like we're talking right now. So shout out to them guys and shout out to them boys for continuing to get those fourth down stops.
