I think, obviously, it takes a lot of time and work, but you can put in that fundamental development to where these guys come out and really know how to play the game. See, right now, we're so talented as Americans that we don't really get taught lessons no more. Think about it, in high school now, they gonna recruit you, Unc, we gonna pay you 100K. We don't want you to come play in two tournaments.

But you know what happened, Joe? Is that when we were growing up, whatever school district you went in, that's the high school you went in. You couldn't go play for somebody else. They had a better team in football or a better team in basketball, better track, better baseball. You played, if your district was sorry, well, your school just sorry.
It was really that simple. And back then, nobody played, we played sports, not even thinking about no damn NBA or NFL. We played because we loved, hey, man, Ocho, man, you will play football? Hell, I had to be in that house by the time the street lights came on. Oh yeah. And the thing, Joe, I remember I used to ride my bicycle to the park. So I would ride my bicycle to the park, even after I got off work. So I would ride my bicycle to the park, and then my sister come by to see if I was still playing. I put my bicycle in the trunk of the car, and she drive, take me home. That's how bad I wanted to play. Man, these kids don't drive. I don't even know kids, they even got a bike now.
