This video is sponsored by Terrahutton, who makes the invisible, investible. They and the CEO BBQ, early stage gold exploration in Suriname, together with Miata Metals. But if you're short on time, subscribe to our free newsletter, and once a week, we'll send you a five-minute summary of all interviews we put out, resourcetalks.com for a free weekly newsletter. Now, although this company has paid us for the production of this video, you should still understand that we are not financial advisors and this is not intended as financial advice. It is a broad, general, and impersonal piece of information intended only for those who know and understand the risks of junior mining, of which there are many. Before moving on, read the company's official filings on SitterPlus.ca and do your own due diligence. Pause the screen and read all the disclaimers I've shown you because your capital is at risk. If this isn't clear, go to the last section of this video for a longer explanation of the risks and biases and do not consume this content. If you don't agree with everything said, they are in. Moving on, this is not Miata Metals' first time in the CEO BBQ. I believe it's the third time. So if it's your first time hearing about this company, I'm going to post a link to a playlist. That's where you can find the previous two videos. Both of them are important. The first one was an introduction to the company. The second one discussed the recent financing that they did. Again, both are very important for the company. So if you haven't heard about this company yet, go and watch those videos first. In a nutshell, though, Miata Metals is, again, an expedition company, Project Cessurnon, looking for gold. The project is called Sela Creek. It's about a 215 square kilometer land package. It contains some structurally controlled orogenic gold mineralization, and it sits about 235 kilometers south of Paramaribo.

I told myself in the last interview that I would practice before the next one, and then I didn't practice pronouncing Paramaribo, but I think I've got it down now.

They really have almost too many targets to count at this point, so I'm hoping for some clarity on that in the latter part of this conversation as well. I'm hoping that we can go through all the targets, but right now they're drilling. They're drilling a 25,000 meter program. I think over half that has already been drilled. Some of the results have even just started coming in, and that will be the focus of this conversation. Specifically, we'll talk about some of the new results. Now, for some of the numbers, we did a details year. Miata Metals is listed as MMET on the TSX-V in Canada, where the average three-month volume is... It's actually up a lot since I last spoke with Jap. It's about 200,000 units now. The stock's 52-week high is also up a lot. It's 99 cents, and its 52-week low is 34 cents. Last time they raised capital was again about a month, maybe two months ago at this point. We covered it in-depth in that last interview. They raised about $23 million.

I'll get an update on the cash position, but I don't think that's changed all that much in the last month. Maybe. Who knows? We'll talk about that. Now, for this to actually become a conversation, though, I'll have to shut up already, and Jap, I'll give you the word here, but first of all, thank you for sitting down with me again.

Jacob Verbaas (2:57)

Pleasure. Anytime.

Antonio (3:00)

It hasn't been all that long since we last spoke, but I really am looking forward to this conversation.

You've only had one news release since we last spoke. Let's maybe kick it off with a bit of a summary. Let's say you see me in an elevator. For some reason, you make the wrong decision of having to talk to me for two minutes. Well, you got two minutes to tell me what your last news release was about. Go.

Jacob Verbaas (3:21)

I'm going to tell you about our last two news releases because I think you're missing one.

We recently announced another high-grade hit from Jons Trend, 35.25 meters at 3.4 grams per ton. A really nice intersect, but also important in that particular hole is that we found repeated vein zones once again. The discovery we made in September 2025 is turning into a, it's kind of the gift that keeps on giving. We keep hitting repeated vein zones. It keeps growing to depth, a long strike. It's turning quite substantial. We also announced our metallurgical work. I don't think we discussed that last time.
