Welcome to Midweek Mysteries, and thank you for being here. I am your host, Nick Ryan. If you're new to the show, Midweek Mysteries is a shorter version of our full-length episodes that air every Sunday, so be sure to come back and check those out as well. I'd also like to say thank you to our listeners, and of course, our supporters on Patreon. As always, we enjoy giving a personal shoutout to our newest patrons at the beginning of our full-length episodes. So, if you're a new patron, be sure to tune in on Sunday.

Today's first Midweek Mystery comes to us from Ben. Ben's story is called Mysterious Water Drop. Ben says, I don't know really where to start, but I've experienced some strange phenomena over the years, one being what I've come to call an Angel's Tear. It took place from the time I was around eight or nine until I was about 18

About three or more times a year or so, I would experience a single drop of water hit my hand out of nowhere. Now, this would only happen when I was indoors, and most of the time when I was alone.

Growing up, me and my brother shared a room. We had bunk beds. I would be sitting on the bottom bunk playing video games, and I would feel this water drop hit my hand. It didn't freak me out to the point that I was scared, but I did wonder where it came from and why. It wasn't from an air conditioner vent. I wasn't talking, so it wasn't spittle. I was indoors, so it wasn't rain. It would happen when I was in school, taking tests and riding in the car. I can't explain it. I kept it to myself for a while, and when it would happen multiple times, I finally told my mom about it. She was the one that mentioned it was maybe an Angel's tear, just to put a name to it. From what I can remember, nothing good or bad significantly happened shortly there after experiencing this water drop. It was just strange. The last time I had it happen was when I was 22 It had been a four-year span between experiences. I was riding in the car with my dad headed to work, when for some reason, I just started thinking about how I haven't had it happen in a while. And no sooner did I finish that thought, it happened. I smiled to myself, somehow knowing that that would be the last time.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them, and if anyone knows what it means. Thanks for reading, and I enjoy the podcast.

Our next Midweek Mystery comes to us from Isabella. Isabella's story is called UFO Sightings. Isabella says, Hi Nick, I have a few things to share with you. I know that they are kind of small, but I wanted to share them anyway. Back in 2017, me and my dad and my three siblings went to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to vacation, and it was late in May.

One night, I was inside, and my dad was out on the small hotel balcony that was attached to our room. Suddenly, I hear him yell my name, and he tells me to come out onto the balcony. I go out, and he tells me what he saw. A red-orange ball of light suddenly appear and move and then disappear in the sky. It was a completely cloudless and totally clear night. So I wait, and then I see it too. A bright red-ish ball of light moving around rapidly and then it disappears. This was a while ago, but I remember it so clearly. I remember that two balls of light appeared and kept moving around. They would disappear and then reappear. It was an odd thing, and it made me feel uneasy, but also it was really cool. I have never seen anything else like it. I looked up ball lightning, and I know for a fact that it wasn't that. I have no idea what it was.

The second thing I wanted to share with you was something my grandma saw when she was in my cousin's yard. My aunt has a telescope and was looking at the night sky, so it was dark. This was a few years ago. She told me that she noticed a big black box shaped thing, flying or floating in the sky. She said it made no sound and was low down and moving slowly. She said it was huge, like the size of a train car. She said it had red lights on the bottom of it. She said she was almost mesmerized looking at it. She had no idea what it was.
