They were doing testing on us. By the time I got done with that part of the book, which I thought was the end of the book, I realized that that process had worked on me, and that I had to write about my own internal disclosure of this thing.
And you can hear me swallow and stuff because it's hard still, and I've talked about it several times. I always remember dreading that walk. As soon as I get in the room and I close the door, I remember nothing. Then I open the door and I leave, and I'm just confused and I go back to class, and I remember not remembering. I don't know if it was a drug, a hypnosis.
What really makes me think that there's something going on is, I apply for a job in the federal government that requires a clearance, and they say, send us all of your transcripts from your entire schooling history. The comments area from first through eighth grade, they're all redacted. It's hard to recognize out loud that who you are as a person was shaped on purpose.

When I was in New Jersey, my girlfriend at the time and I, which became my wife, we were heading out of the building on a beautiful, let's say Tuesday afternoon.
**Julia Mossbridge** (1:28)
We were walking for our cars to go to lunch.
**Chris Ramsay** (1:30)
And as we were walking, the building was behind us.
But as we were approaching the car, both of us at the same exact time, wrenched our necks over our right shoulder into the sky over the building. And we seen this object that all of a sudden went like 45 degrees, boom, straight out, out of sight in a second, like bam, it was gone.
**Julia Mossbridge** (2:01)
And we walked to the car.
**Chris Ramsay** (2:04)
I looked at her and I said, did you happen to see anything? And she completely said exactly the same thing I saw. It was incredible. Yes, it was only maybe two seconds or so, but just incredible. And yeah, there's, we will leave.
Dr. Julia Mossbridge, thank you so much for gracing us here in the Skiff with your lovely presence. I met you first at the Contact in the Desert convention this past year. We were both on a panel. And I gotta say, I was just completely enamored with your takes on reality. And throughout this discussion that we were having on stage was really interesting because it was a sort of back and forth about agency and the disclosure dialogue and everything else. And then, you know, just finished your book, Have a Nice Disclosure, which isn't about alien disclosure at all. It's more about sort of inner disclosure and this more sort of the deeper sentiments of dealing with something that is not understandable by your, you know, general human senses.
Very fascinating, you're a very fascinating person. You've done incredible work in the study of Psi and the study of precognitive, you know, precognition, all sorts of really interesting Psi stuff. And you continue today to just really spearhead this conversation in a way that doesn't feel militarized.
**Julia Mossbridge** (3:42)
Yay!
**Chris Ramsay** (3:43)
And I think that we need more of that, right? Because there is a spectrum.
I always feel like there's a spectrum of a masculine and a feminine energy with this stuff. And on the feminine energy, it's all crystals and woo. And on the masculine side of it, it's all like missiles and war. And there are people on both sides of that spectrum that inhabit the middle. And that's where these really fascinating conversations start to take place, because we're considering everything. And we're sort of branching out. And yeah, I'm just a big fan of you. And so thank you for joining me today.
**Julia Mossbridge** (4:18)
Wow, I love that. What a great introduction. I'd like to frame it in time.
Done. Excellent.
**Chris Ramsay** (4:26)
Yeah, so we just had breakfast. We shared our lunch. And we were talking about a lot of things. And there's that part of the conversation that leads into a podcast that the audience doesn't get to hear. But a lot of that is like this dance of, hold on.
Should we save this?
**Julia Mossbridge** (4:45)
Yeah, we did that a couple of times.
**Chris Ramsay** (4:46)
We did that a couple of times. But we're going to be talking about all sorts of wonderful things today, including non-local consciousness, including time travel, including intuition and what does synchronicity mean in all of this, and all of these wonderful ideas. But hearing it from a cognitive neuroscientist, I think adds a little gravitas to it for myself at least. And it definitely inspires me to ask you some of the more deeper questions today. But I want to start by just asking you, you've been in this field for quite a long time.
