Well, it's a great point.
I woke up this morning at about 8 o'clock, and I started watching some YouTube, and I was having trouble, so I took off the Wi-Fi, and I just watched YouTube videos for a couple of hours. Got up, and neither Lila nor I realized I had no power for the whole night.

No more electricity, sir.

We have enough. I was just watching YouTube videos without the Wi-Fi, and I was perfectly happy. The TV was off, which is unusual.

**Trudi Daniels** (0:42)
If you didn't have to do the show, you'd be all right without electricity, which is weird for you.

**Drew Lane** (0:48)
I would have actually struck me when I turned on the bathroom light. It didn't turn on. I was like, oh, I need a new light bulb, I guess. Then there was the...

Then there was the... Yeah, exactly. Then there was the clock over the stove that was not on at all. And then that was a pretty good tip off that there was no power. And so I texted Brandon and Trudi. I sprung into action immediately.
Texted Brandon and Trudi, and 10 minutes later I had power. Oh, I missed the whole outage. I slept through it and I YouTubeed through it. No problem. I saw some great videos, too.

You didn't notice the lack of air conditioning? It would have been the first thing that hit me.

Temperature was 72

No way, really?

Yeah, by the time it went back on, so never really was a factor.

I know, I thought I shouldn't be telling people this. They're just gonna think I'm dumb or I'm weird.

Well, no, you're just kind of a survivor.

I just, all I needed was my YouTube. That was all I needed for the first two hours of the day, okay, and Lila didn't notice.

The microwave didn't work, you couldn't do your coffee.

**Drew Lane** (1:47)
That's true, I usually would get up and get coffee at some point, but I did not. So anyway, yeah, so it was good power outages as far as power outages go.
I was just about to tweet at DTE because they said it was coming on at 1030, I think it was like 950 when I realized that there was no power. And they actually, the power came on earlier than 1030, so.

Props to DTE. Best power outage ever, possibly.

Yeah, except it was crazy last night, and it wasn't so crazy in the middle of the night.

Was there a reason? Did other people lose power? Am I the only one?

I don't know. I thought it was a beautiful day. I didn't see any rain. I didn't see any thunderstorms.

It rained hard last night. I mean, it was raining hard.

Yeah, but when you lost power, what was going on then?

Nothing, as far as I know. And Lila didn't say anything.

What could have washed her?

No, I mean, but how many outages have we had like that where there's literally nothing going on? It's funny. I just stopped saying this because Y keeps saying the same thing over and over, but I've lived in other states. I've never had power outages like this in my life. And I will say this, DT, we haven't had as many in the last couple years, have we?

We've had some good luck lately.

Seems like it's true, they are making progress.
