My Claude Agent OS Setup is INSANE

So, this is my Agent Operating System that I've been building now. And we've built it with Claude, OpenClaude, Hermes. I want to just explain what I've done here, because it's genuinely blown my mind that number one, I can do this. Number two, that no one else I've seen is really doing this properly. And it shocks me to the point where I'm like, why are more people not doing this? And I'll give you some examples of just what I've built alone today with Claude Code. And these are just things that I've done today, right? So, for example here, we've built out this Idea Factory where basically I can plug in an idea here and then it classifies it in terms of what it should be doing. Then I approve the plan and what it's going to do. So it breaks down, okay, here's what we're going to do next. From there, it implements it and then actually builds out, right? And to the point where we can build out these websites, we can see the full plan of what it's done, and literally all I do is just plug in an idea. Now at the same time, we also built out something called Paperclip, which is basically a way to organize and manage your AI agents together. So you can see we've got Hermes Local as a CEO, we've got Claude, then it's running a bunch of other agent profiles, and these are all different agents just working together as a team, right? In separate divisions and departments. This again, I just built it today. Now, one final thing that I've built out just today alone is if we go to the memory section here, I've built out something I would call the Agent Galaxy, right? It's a Memory Galaxy. This is built of Obsidian where it's not just like a fancy chart. It's actually a universe of my ideas, my brain, things I've worked on recently. You can see that the stars that burn the brightest in this universe are the ones and ideas I've worked on recently. It shows me and prioritizes the connections inside my second brain that all my AI agents are plugged into and are operating.
Look at Claude go, just flying across the screen there. He's doing this all whilst I'm talking to you.
These are all different memories with quite detailed instructions inside every single one. The crazy thing is I haven't written a single memory. It's just done this automatically with my AI agents. I didn't even come up with the idea for the Memory Galaxy. I just said, hey Claude, what should we build that's interesting and amazing today?
The other thing is they're all connected. Now, the cool thing about this is if we were just using Obsidian normally, which some people will, or some people won't, if you're not, it's basically just a bunch of marked down files where you can connect to all your memories and it's a nice knowledge graph. That's pretty cool, but this is 1,000 times cooler and more interesting to look at, right? It's literally, I feel like I'm getting a dopamine hit just looking at this screen.
What I want to basically run through today is how am I doing this? How is it working? Why do I recommend it to you?
It's shocking me that more people aren't doing this.
Basically, what we're doing here is we're building out Mission Control and this kind of just started as an idea where I can manage all my agents together.
I started off with Claude, gave it an idea, I actually found some cool stuff that people had already built. I was like, do you know what? Let's see if we can start building this out. To my surprise, Claude could just handle everything that I throw at it. It's pretty amazing to the point where if I'm like, okay, turn my brain, my second brain into a galaxy, it will do it. If I'm like, okay, create an ideas factory where I can plug in an idea, it will do it.
If I'm like, okay, all right, let's just build out Javis, Hermes Javis, it will do it. We've actually created this as you can see.

So you see how powerful this is.
Anything that you can imagine, you can build. And that is a very strange world to live in, to be honest. Look at this. We even got, this sort of stuff will blow my mind, but we basically built out a studio here where you can generate anything that you want on the spot. And so how do I do it? What do I do? Why am I doing this? So the reason that I built this is just I loved Hermes, love the idea of Hermes, but I didn't want to go into terminal every single time and be like, right, Hermes, let's go back and forth in a tiny little terminal chat that gets lost, right? I didn't want to do that. And so what I did instead is basically build out this system where it's like, okay, I can see everything that I've built. But also when a new interesting feature comes out from Hermes and bear in mind, like they're constantly shipping, they're constantly creating stuff. I want to plug it into the dashboard so that I can use it straight away. So for example, Minimax comes out, boom, let's have a live chat right there. Jarvis looks pretty cool. Okay, let's create something with that, right? I want to see all the videos and voice and images I've created in one place and then generate voices and images whenever I want. Boom, okay, no problem, we've done that, right? I want to see everything that I previously created. Okay, great. And you see how like it's just 10 times easier to organize. I can even see, for example, apps I've created weeks or months ago using this system and it's effortless.
