Hi, I'm Andy Richter. I might not have won the Mirror Ball last season.
SPEAKER_1 (0:34)
That was so fun.
Andy Richter (0:35)
But I did win the best gig ever. Hosting the Dancing with the Stars official podcast.
Get ready for all the inside scoop from the cast. All right, well, let's get to work. Behind the scenes secrets and more from every episode.
SPEAKER_3 (0:47)
That was smoldering.
Andy Richter (0:49)
It's going to be iconic.
SPEAKER_1 (0:51)
All my dreams are coming true.

Dancing with the Stars official podcast. New episodes every Thursday on Disney Plus and Hulu, and wherever you get your podcasts.
Mark Duffield (1:05)
Yes, well, we've already heard about a couple of pissed idiots outside the ground on Friday night when Craig O'Donoghue and Greg Quartermaine were trying to do their podcast. And of course, it's time for some questions and answers. Absolutely.
Paul Heath (1:18)
So I did watch that podcast, and there was in the second one, so it's their second take. There's a bloke dancing behind them very seductively with his little, he's got the scarf around his neck. So to know that they're already gone, there is someone doing the full flash, and then they're still out there recording. It's unbelievable. But as I was saying-
Mark Duffield (1:36)
We used to do those things live.
Paul Heath (1:38)
Yeah.
Mark Duffield (1:39)
No, we did.
Paul Heath (1:39)
Yeah. But live to camera?
Mark Duffield (1:42)
Yeah, live to camera. So, yeah.
Paul Heath (1:46)
Yeah.
Mark Duffield (1:47)
Glad it wasn't live.
Paul Heath (1:48)
Yeah. I got a real taste for it during the test matches that we've had here the last two years when, after the game, we do a video, and the people are just drawn to it. And just the ones that have been out in the sun all day, and the ones that have had too much to drink all day, are the ones that always head over there.
It was an Eagles supporter that was first off the- first came off the rank today, saying, as a West Coast supporter, I had so much fun watching the game. Freo do pre-game and in-game entertainment so well, Eagles need to adopt something similar.
Mark Duffield (2:16)
You know, West Coast used to do the time to hunt thing with Ozzie the Eagle circling the ground.
Paul Heath (2:21)
Don't mention Ozzie the Eagle. You can't.
Mark Duffield (2:23)
What's happened?
Paul Heath (2:25)
So because of the Asian football cup that was here, earlier in the year, the Women's Asian Cup, Ozzie was unable to fly around the stadium.
Mark Duffield (2:35)
Right.
Paul Heath (2:36)
So lost her bearings a bit.
Mark Duffield (2:38)
So he's now no longer...
Paul Heath (2:40)
Two-factor flyless. No, he came back from pre-season. And so that's why they've had to sort of have Ozzie there in a sort of presenting manner, rather than the attacking or hunting manner that we've seen her in years gone by.
Mark Duffield (2:53)
Right.
Paul Heath (2:53)
Yeah, so which has been disappointing, because that's one of the highlights of going to the Eagles game, was saying, Ozzie, everyone have to lay on the ground, because, you know, it's a wild animal as well.
Mark Duffield (3:02)
But also, they used to build it in when West Coast was up and about, they used to build it into this whole, you know, Coliseum thing, time to hunt, and the countdown to the start of the game.
Paul Heath (3:13)
Yep.
Mark Duffield (3:14)
And that was, I would have to say, if I was a visiting team, it would have been pretty intimidating. But the freemantle game day experience now, is probably the best game day experience in the AFL, particularly when they add warfy time.
Paul Heath (3:29)
Yeah. And they do everything that the stadium is capable of doing. Like the lights are going, the sound is at full temp. They do it very well, and they continue to add to it.
Hey Duff, why is it whenever Patrick Vos does something in a game, the Vic media and the Vic commentators want to make a new rule out of it? Every other player is just a smart football player and time management, says Dave from Belldivers.
