Yeah, some questions to be answered at the moment. One from Adam Capper coming through, which was a follow-up to Nottie's about the Port Adelaide player who was winded in the game against West Coast at Optus Stadium on Saturday.
He said, the Port player wasn't injured. He was time-wasting, and it was very obvious. I don't like stopping the game for a player who says they are winded. I don't think it's a valid reason. West Coast had momentum. It's a dirty tactic and needs more attention from the umps. They get paid enough to educate on these sorts of things. Well, Adam, the problem is that a player might be winded, or they might have a broken rib, or they might have a punctured lung.
So asking the umpire to make that call basically from where he is watching it is very dangerous, because sooner or later, the ump's going to say he's just winded, and it is going to be a broken rib or a punctured lung. And let's not forget, we belted the umps, and I think it was a game at Optus as well, when they didn't stop the game for a player when a player was injured.

I think the answer is the one that Noddy put up in the text. Incidentally, I believe the Port Adelaide player was genuinely winded. The one that Noddy put up is that if you have to stop the game and if you have to leave the field, you cannot return for five minutes, and that will stop people from using it as a tactic.

Yeah, it just creates another little space for there to be some sort of advantage or fudging of things to happen, basically.
We've got a few more in the 30 seconds. Leigh-Anne from Hawking saying, Yes, I hate the rule allowing players to claim 30 seconds to run down the clock, then not have a shot. I agree with you. Either a free kick to the opposition if the ball is passed off, or it should be play on until the ball is a score or turned over. They can't claim another mark and another 30 seconds. So basically, you get one per opportunity or goal.

If you don't shoot or you don't score, they get the ball back.
