It is noon on YouTube, which means, of course, it is five o'clock somewhere. Brothers and sisters, friends of the Revolution, the Happy Hour Bar is officially open. I am your friendly neighborhood bartender, Matthew Berry, and we have got a great show for you today. Drinking free today at the Happy Hour Bar, it is Ken the Man Walker. Ken the Man Walker.

Ken the Man Walker drinks free today and every day, Jake Ciely. Jake, of course, we all follow you on X at All In Kid, and we read all of your content over at The Athletic. Thank you for joining me, my friend. How are you, brother?

Jake Ciely (0:41)

I'm doing great after a lot of Kenneth Walker shares last night. I know you have to be too.

Matthew Berry (0:45)

Absolutely. Look, Kenneth Walker was a, and we'll get into it, we've got a week to waiver wire.

We'll get right into everything here. But like I was so all in on Ken Walker, I have a massive amount of Kenneth Walker shares. I had as my running back six going into the season. So higher than Saquon, higher than Derek Henry, higher than a lot of other guys that were going ahead of him in various drafts. As Greg Lau 100 says, Jake freaking Ceely. Greg Lau apparently very excited. Jake, the sealer. I'm not sure that works.

Jake Ciely (1:22)

May KOK.

Matthew Berry (1:24)

We add lure to everything. Like it started with a traveler. I'm the anchorer or the excuser, depending on where you get to.

But anyway, like, let's see, exhausted Texans fans, Ken Walker explosion and Jake's good head of lettuce today will be a good show. You do have a good head of lettuce, my friend.

Jake Ciely (1:44)

Thanks to life, she's the one that told me to start growing it out. That's all the life.

Matthew Berry (1:49)

Is your wife? Okay. Nice job. By the way, are you coming to me live from a comic book store? What the hell is this background? Where are you?

What is going on back there?

Jake Ciely (1:59)

I mean, it basically, everything, the band kicker shirt, like this is what happens when you start in the industry 20 years ago, almost now. I mean, like, man, my backdrop is kind of empty. And then being the person I am, it just kept snowballing over the years and it just never stopped.

Matthew Berry (2:15)

Yeah, you're a hoarder. I get it. All right.

Jake Ciely (2:18)

Yeah.

Matthew Berry (2:18)

You're like, you should be on that show Hoarders. A lot going on back there.

Jake Ciely (2:24)

But everybody thinks we're in our mom's basements anyway. Right. So there it's fair.

Matthew Berry (2:30)

I'm in my mom's liquor cabinet. Listen, Jake, you do a great job of you. And I've been friends for years. I've followed your work for a long time. You do great work. So I'm thrilled that you're here. And yeah, specifically about Ken Walker, like have a ton of shares of him. I was sounds like you do as well.

You know, he was one of my finalists for my Ride or Die, which after week one, you don't want to victory lap too much. After week one, the finalists are looking pretty good. Finalists were Ken Walker, Lad McConkey, Chase Brown, Colston Loveland.

And then, right, exactly. So I can't victory lap too much because Colston Loveland was literally my runner up for Ride or Die.

I'm trying to hang tight to route participation at the moment. That's all I've got. I hold it tight when I go to bed at night and cry, cry into my route participation shares. But, and Devontae Smith was my actual ride or die. So, but yes, Ken Walker, Ken the man Walker, Jake Ciely. I mean, let's just dive right into it. I think to me, other than the fact that he looked awesome, is the fact that he had a 24% target share. Like he was tied for the team lead. I think some of that was because Patrick didn't look great, and he was under pressure a lot, and it felt like he was short arming a lot of throws. But still, you're telling me, Ken Walker can get, even if it goes down, even it was a little bit, but like, if you're telling me he gets a 15% target share the rest of the year, tells me he gets a 17% target share. I'm all in, Jake. So, here's my question, and I think I know the answer to it. But my question is, by yourself, this premise, Ken Walker is at top five Fantasy running back the rest of the way.
