And that's Stellar Hog Hash, which I'm currently eating. Smoke pulled pork from Stellar Hog, which is amazing. Caramelized onions, red bell peppers, topped with sour cream, piccadagio, spicy lew or sweet Stella barbecue sauce. Crispy onion straws seasoned with the Stellar Hog rub. God!
