People don't like them, but I am a big Bear Naked Ladies fan, and this is one of their bests.

**Craig Carton** (0:03)
This is Metallica.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:06)
This was Metallica when they went indie for that one album, yeah. Ba-da-da-da-da.

**Craig Carton** (0:11)
This was Metallica's Yacht Rock album.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:13)
This was Metallica. That's so funny you say that, we have to find it. I forget the guy's name, but there's the guy on Instagram who turned songs using AI into Yacht Rock songs, and no joke, the Metallica song is off the chain. It is so good. I gotta find that.

**Craig Carton** (0:31)
I struggle, man. I'm gonna say something very, very...

**Chris McMonigle** (0:36)
Listen, this is... It's just me and you.

**Craig Carton** (0:39)
We get vulnerable with each other. Well, this is something very, very, very, very nerdy.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:49)
This is what we do. This is...
I score baseball books at home at 2 o'clock in the morning.

**Craig Carton** (0:53)
This is way worse.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:54)
Okay.

**Craig Carton** (0:56)
So when I like do work in my office, I will go to you and I there's like a moral slight moral quandary here because like it's not real music. I like I don't listen to it like all the time, but I like video game music.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:11)
Okay.

**Craig Carton** (1:11)
So like Final Fantasy games that I grew up playing.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:14)
Okay.

**Craig Carton** (1:14)
Mario, Donkey Kong, whatever.
There are YouTube channels that will give you like Yacht Rock, City Pop, Lo-Fi versions of these songs that I know. And I just put them and they serve as background music for me while I do my work. Was that more or less nerdy than you thought it was going to be?

**Chris McMonigle** (1:33)
Less. I don't think it's that nerdy.
If you like background music or video games you played, because I remember like I still talk about it.

**Craig Carton** (1:42)
I have video game soundtracks that I have purchased on Apple Music. Okay, may that be a little nerdy.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:47)
I go to YouTube for it's one thing.

**Craig Carton** (1:49)
You talk about like Zelda and Mega Man? Well, yes, like Mega Man 2 is one of the great video game soundtracks ever. But I'm talking like Final Fantasy 7

**Chris McMonigle** (1:57)
But his background, like the one that jumps out at me that I saw.

**Craig Carton** (2:00)
Yeah, man, it's ridiculous.

**Nick Kostos** (2:01)
It's sci-fi music.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:02)
That's what he likes.
Do you ever play the, I think it was for Super Nintendo, but it was GoldenEye, the James Bond game? Who hasn't played that?

**Craig Carton** (2:11)
Yeah, yeah.

**Nick Kostos** (2:12)
What an insulting question.

**Craig Carton** (2:14)
I'm sorry.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:15)
The hold music.

**Craig Carton** (2:16)
Yeah.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:19)
Like, I could see myself like putting that on in the background as I'm doing studying or something.

**Craig Carton** (2:24)
Bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum. Yes. Classic.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:29)
Bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum.

**Craig Carton** (2:33)
It's classic.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:35)
No, awesome. But yeah, I'm not much of a gamer, I'll be telling you honestly. Well, I've, all my, most of my, like, most of my gaming is either picking up games that my sister played and then she made me like, I've played a lot of Tomb Raider. Okay.
But besides that-

**Craig Carton** (2:52)
Well, because you like anime porn, like we talked about- Right, exactly. Big Lara Croft guy here.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:55)
Hell yeah, it was Lara Croft.

**Craig Carton** (2:56)
Gallo.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:57)
I could watch her shimmy on the side of a mountain for hours.

**Craig Carton** (2:59)
Yeah, little Angelina Jolie action back in the day. Little Angelina Jolie action.

**Chris McMonigle** (3:02)
No problem with that. And then, mostly sports games, really. So I'm not much of a Final Fantasy, wasn't I?

**Craig Carton** (3:08)
Well, now it's like you're on the highway of life and some avenues of pleasure get closed as you get older, like being able to play 10, but now like, I played this video game for PlayStation 5, Cyberpunk 2077 Great game. Okay. I've been playing it for like six months. I'm about to beat it. I used to beat a game like that in six days.

**Chris McMonigle** (3:25)
No, I get you. The other thing too is like, I always joke when people say time travel's impossible, I always go, bullcrap, video games. You could be playing video games and you would swear you've been playing for 25 minutes and it's been three and a half hours.
