When you think about Crocs, you think the classic clog. But did you know there's also a canvas clog, a vegan suede clog, a coastal inspired style, a style with studs, straps, and lots of sass.

Honestly, I could keep going with the surprises. You've got to see them for yourself because there is literally a style for every kind of girl. So do your thing and head to crocs.com or a store near you now.

Meta's new artificial intelligence agent, Muse, just took over the top of the mobile app download charts. It knocked ChatGPT completely out of the number one spot and triggered an 11% spike in Meta's stock.

And it lifted key chip suppliers like AMD, Intel and Arm right along with it. You look at the market boards and the reaction is immediate. And it is aggressive across the entire hardware supply chain.

Stage Zero (1:49)

The market reaction to that specific app topping the charts shows a fundamental difference in how the industry actually values these tools. I mean, you are looking at a financial ripple effect where an exchange traded fund linked to the biggest tech stocks hits a new high just from this one software release. And that is directly tied to the core functional difference in what Muse actually does.

Because this is not a chat bot that simply spits out text when you ask it a question.

Stage Zero (2:17)

Right, it's not just a text generator.

Stage Zero (2:19)

Exactly, it is an agent built to execute real world tasks on your behalf.

Think about the way we've been interacting with AI up until this point. You type a prompt into a text box, you wait a few seconds, and the screen fills with text. It might be a very smart, very well-written block of text, but it is still just text.

Stage Zero (2:37)

Which means if you ask it to plan a vacation, it will give you a great itinerary. But you still have to go book the flights, you know, you still have to reserve the hotels, and you have to manually put those reservations into your calendar.

Stage Zero (2:49)

Yeah, and Muse operates completely differently. You ask it to plan the vacation, and it goes into your browser, finds the flights, inputs your frequent flyer number, selects the seat you usually prefer, and completes the checkout process.

It does the actual manual labor of the Internet.

Stage Zero (3:05)

You see that distinction perfectly reflected in why those specific chip suppliers spiked. Think about the mechanics of what happens when you ask a traditional language model question. The system processes your prompt, generates a text response, and then it stops. The compute requirement essentially ends the exact moment a paragraph is written.

Stage Zero (3:23)

The server basically spins down.

Stage Zero (3:24)

Right. But an agent like Muse operates on a continuous loop of reasoning, acting, and verifying. It writes a script, opens a browser, navigates a web page, inputs data, reads the output, corrects its own errors, and just keeps running processes until the assigned task is completely finished.

Stage Zero (3:42)

So if it tries to book a flight and the website throws a captcha or a pop-up ad, the agent has to see that. It has to understand it is an obstacle, figure out how to close the pop-up, and resume the checkout process.

That means the AI is constantly pulling the screen, constantly analyzing the new information, and making new decisions.

Stage Zero (4:02)

The underlying hardware required to sustain that level of continuous autonomous action is substantially higher. The market immediately moved to reward the companies providing the physical infrastructure for that compute, because they understand that an agent-based internet requires exponentially more processing power than a text-based internet.
