Hey, Drew, Dean Blandino from Fox Sports. I'm here in the Fox Sports studio. But I heard there was a big, big event last weekend that you scored your first touchdown in your Pop Warner football game. That's awesome. Congratulations. And then on top of that, you celebrated your Bar Mitzvah on Sunday.
So awesome. Congratulations on both of those. Your brother Marc is also really excited. And if you keep scoring touchdowns in Pop Warner, I think you could get a scholarship to play college football. And I'm thinking Virginia Tech might be the school for you. So keep scoring those touchdowns. Congratulations on the Bar Mitzvah. Keep watching us on Fox Sports and take care, Drew.

**Marc Fellhauer** (0:43)
Who are you?

**BranDon** (0:44)
You're listening to The Drew Lane Show.

**Drew Lane** (0:50)
Okay. First, it's Dean Blandino is a guest at Taylor Swift's wedding to Travis Kelsey. He's on cameo.

**Marc Fellhauer** (0:56)
Yes. Mitch sent us a cameo that apparently made for you when you scored that pot water Warner touchdown. Good job. I am proud of you.

**Drew Lane** (1:03)
I just want to, what is it? Dean Blandino cameo.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:06)
I didn't even look that up.

**Drew Lane** (1:08)
I'm frightened to ask. While you're looking at up, I will mention hall financial wants to go see the Tigers, man. They're hot. They won six out of seven, six to one over Oakland. Got a torque bomb last night, Melton Pitch great.
Are you guys watching the games at all?

**Drew Lane** (1:22)
Yeah.

**Drew Lane** (1:22)
Oh yeah. Trudi?

**Drew Lane** (1:25)
No.

**Drew Lane** (1:26)
You better start.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:26)
It's early.

**Drew Lane** (1:27)
You have plenty of time to catch up.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:29)
It's not available on my TV. They don't want me. I don't want them. I watch them when they're on like the national.

**Trudi Daniels** (1:37)
You can listen to them.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:38)
I don't care enough.

**Trudi Daniels** (1:39)
On radio.

**Jim Bentley** (1:41)
I do that sometimes too.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:43)
$65 for Dean Blandino video.

**Trudi Daniels** (1:45)
Oh nice.

**Marc Fellhauer** (1:45)
$60?
What? Yeah.

**Drew Lane** (1:48)
For Dean Blandino?

**Trudi Daniels** (1:49)
That's money well spent.

**Drew Lane** (1:50)
Oh my God.

**Trudi Daniels** (1:51)
It was entertaining.

**Drew Lane** (1:53)
The Tigers, I'm telling you, they're 20 and 12 since June. They had the worst May almost in history, 6 and 22 That's really hard to come back from. I really have my doubts about this, but they're playing so well.
20 and 12 since June. Scooble this morning, a story in the Free Press about Scooble saying, we ought to be buying at the trade deadline, not selling, we should be buying people. So he's essentially saying, they shouldn't trade me and they should be buying a couple other players, probably a couple relievers, which is interesting. I haven't heard anyone say they should be buying yet, but.

**Jim Bentley** (2:26)
Well, they're four out of the wild card, five and a half out of the division. It's within reach.

**SPEAKER_12** (2:32)
I know it's crazy, honestly, I look at a lot of teams to jump though they do, but they're playing so well.

**Drew Lane** (2:39)
I mean, they just jumped two teams.

**Trudi Daniels** (2:40)
Who's their formidable opposite opposition coming up?

**Drew Lane** (2:43)
The Guardians.

**Trudi Daniels** (2:45)
The Guardians.

**Drew Lane** (2:46)
The Guardians.
We have the Kansas City too. The Phillies are coming up.

**Jim Bentley** (2:50)
Oh, points are huge games.

**Drew Lane** (2:52)
Yeah.
I don't know. When I think about this logically, last night, I was trying to do math every time they they continue streaking. Of course, the math gets better. Because when they were 1,605, I was like, Oh my God, they got to play like 650 ball in order to make the postseason. But then when you win 20 out of 32, well, the numbers don't look quite as intimidating, but they are due for a little losing streak too. So I mean, there's always that, but they're playing so, their pitching is, their starting pitching is insane.

**Jim Bentley** (3:20)
They have currently a 33.8% chance of making the postseason. That was down below 20

**Trudi Daniels** (3:26)
Are they streaky? You know, like, is that their deal?

**Drew Lane** (3:29)
They have been kind of streaky the last couple of years. They have had that crazy 33 and 11 streak to make the postseason in 2024 Last year, they started off with this insane record, and then they played terrible in the second half, and they barely squeaked into postseason.

**Trudi Daniels** (3:44)
So who's playing solid ball right about now?
